Abstract

Berdasarkan Data AML GMF, pada tahun 2017 – 2021 dimana terjadi Breakdown Komponen dengan total 62 kerusakan yang terjadi pada 6 komponen yang merupakan Salah satu penyebab kerugian GMF. Oleh karena itu diperlukan tindakan analisa dengan metode reliability centered maintenance (RCM) untuk mengetahui keandalan dari komponen dengan breakdown tinggi. Selain itu, diperlukan juga analisa konsekuensi kegagalan yang dipilih melalui metode failure mode Critically and effect analysis (FMECA). Selanjutnya hasil dari analisis tersebut digunakan untuk membuat fitur penjadwal maintenance pada website. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa Main Wheel perlu dilakukan Reactive Maintenance. Nose Wheel perlu dilakukan Preventive Maintenance dengan Schedulled On-Condition Task setiap 600 jam atau 25 hari. APU perlu dilakukan Preventive Maintenance dengan Schedulled Combination Task setiap 1100 jam atau 46 hari. CVR perlu dilakukan Preventive Maintenance dengan Schedulled On-Condition Task setiap 5000 jam atau 208 hari. NAV LT perlu dilakukan Preventive Maintenance dengan Schedulled On-Condition Task setiap 440 jam atau 18 hari. FCU perlu dilakukan Preventive Maintenance dengan Schedulled Restoration Task setiap 3500 jam atau 146 hari. ======================================================================================================
Based on GMF AML Data, in 2017 – 2021 where there was a Component Breakdown with a total of 62 damage that occurred to 6 components which was one of the causes of GMF losses. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the action using the reliability centered maintenance (RCM) method to determine the reliability of the components with high breakdown. In addition, it is also necessary to analyze the consequences of failure selected through the Critically and Effect Analysis (FMECA) failure mode method. Furthermore, the results of the analysis are used to create a maintenance scheduler feature on the website. From the results of the analysis, it is found that the Main Wheel needs to be carried out with a Scheduled On-Condition Task every 260 hours or 10 days. The Nose Wheel needs to be carried out with a Scheduled On-Condition Task every 600 hours or 25 days. The APU needs to be carried out with a Scheduled Combination Task every 1100 hours or 46 days. CVR needs to be carried out with a Scheduled On-Condition Task every 5000 hours or 208 days. NAV LT needs to be carried out with a Scheduled On-Condition Task every 440 hours or 18 days. FCU needs to do a Scheduled Restoration Task every 3500 hours or 146 days.
