Abstract

Bencana tanah longsor merupakan salah satu bencana yang sering terjadi di Kabupaten Banjarnegara, terutama saat adanya peningkatan curah hujan. Berdasarkan IRB (Indeks Risiko Bencana) yang dikeluarkan oleh BNPB (Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana), Kabupaten Banjarnegara menempati urutan ke-13 dari 514 kabupaten/kota di Indonesia. Untuk menghindari kerugian akibat bencana, diperlukan adanya tindakan pemetaan untuk menganalisis risiko bencana. Analisis dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) menggunakan grid-based analysis untuk menemukan hubungan antara unsur geografis berbasis sistem grid menggunakan data spasial berupa data vektor dan raster. Penyusunan risiko tanah longsor dilakukan dengan metode overlay ketiga indeks utama, yaitu indeks bahaya, indeks kerentanan, dan indeks kapasitas tanah longsor. Dalam penelitian ini daerah bahaya tanah longsor diidentifikasi menggunakan parameter tutupan lahan, kemiringan lereng, curah hujan, jenis tanah, dan geologi. Sementara pada peta ketentanan diidentifikasi menggunakan parameter sosial/kependudukan. Hasil pengolahan menunjukkan tingkat bahaya tanah longsor di Kabupaten Banjarnegara yang terbagi menjadi 3 kelas, yaitu bahaya kelas tinggi dengan luas 36.023 Hektar (31,04%), bahaya kelas sedang seluas 76.330 Hektar (65,76%) dan bahaya kelas rendah seluas 3.718 Hektar (3.20%) Pada pengolahan data kerentanan didapatkan 3 kelas kerentanan yaitu kerentanan tinggi dengan luas 28.813 Hektar (24,76%), kelas kerentanan sedang dengan luas 61.435 Hektar (52.80%), dan kelas kerentanan rendah seluas 26.109 Hektar (22.44%). Selanjutnya analisis risiko pada Kabupaten Banjarnegara didominasi oleh tingkat risiko tinggi dengan luas 70.195 Ha atau 60,48% dari keseluruhan wilayah dengan kecamatan terluas di Kecamatan Banjarnegara, Karangkobar, Pagentan, Pejawaran, Rakit. Sedangkan untuk risiko dengan tingkat sedang memiliki luas sebesar 42.265 Ha (36,41%) dengan kecamatan terluas di Kecamatan Pagedongan dan tingkat rendah seluas 3.607 Ha (3,11%).

Landslide is one of the disasters that often occurs in Banjarnegara Regency, especially when there is an increase in rainfall. Based on the IRB (Disaster Risk Index) issued by BNPB (National Agency for Disaster Management), Banjarnegara Regency ranks 13th out of 514 regencies/cities in Indonesia. To avoid losses due to disasters, it is necessary to have a mapping action to analyze disaster risk. The analysis was carried out by utilizing a Geographic Information System (GIS) using grid-based analysis to find the relationship between geographic elements based on a grid system using spatial data in the form of vector and raster data. The preparation of landslide risk is carried out using the overlay method of the three main indices, namely the hazard index, vulnerability index, and landslide capacity index. In this study, landslide hazard areas were identified using the parameters of land cover, slope, rainfall, soil type, and geology. Meanwhile, on the security map, it is identified using social/population parameters. The processing results show the level of landslide hazard in Banjarnegara Regency which is divided into 3 classes, namely high class hazard with an area of 36,023 hectares (31.04%), medium class hazard covering an area of 76,330 hectares (65.76%) and low class hazard covering an area of 3,718 hectares. (3.20%) In processing vulnerability data, there are 3 vulnerability classes, namely high vulnerability with an area of 28,813 hectares (24.76%), medium vulnerability class with an area of 61,435 hectares (52.80%), and low vulnerability class with an area of 26,109 hectares (22.44%). Furthermore, the risk analysis in Banjarnegara Regency is dominated by a high risk level with an area of 70,195 Ha or 60.48% of the total area with the largest subdistricts in Banjarnegara, Karangkobar, Pagentan, Pejawaran, Rakit Districts. Meanwhile, the medium level risk has an area of 42,265 Ha (36.41%) with the largest sub-district in Pagedongan District and the low level of 3,607 Ha (3.11%).
