Abstract

Pada perusahaan dibidang konstruksi, proyek merupakan ujung tombak dari pencapaian laba maupun kinerja perusahaan dan hal ini yang menyebabkan karyawan disebut sebagai ‘profit maker’. Sehingga, kinerja karyawan pada proyek konstruksi berpengaruh besar terhadap ketercapaian kinerja perusahaan. Dikutip dari laporan keuangan PT. PP (Persero) Tbk, laba perusahaan pada tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2020 mengalami penurunan berturut-urut dari Rp. 1.959 M tahun 2018, Rp. 819,46 M tahun 2019 dan Rp. 128,75 M tahun 2020. Langkah strategis yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan ialah divisi HR (Human Resource) harus melakukan evaluasi terhadap sumber daya manusia yang disebut sebagai ‘profit center’ perusahaan tersebut, khususnya di proyek. Divisi HR (Human Resource) harus mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di proyek. Lingkungan kerja, dukungan manajemen dan kepuasan kerja merupakan 3 variabel yang akan diidentifikasi apakah mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Total dari keseluruhan responden adalah 99 karyawan di PT. PP (Persero) Tbk. (laki-laki = 83 dan perempuan 16). Software SPSS dan Smart-PLS digunakan untuk menganalisa data. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan dukungan manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepusan kerja. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, dukungan manajemen dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

In the construction sector company, projects are the spearhead of achieving company profits and performance and this is what causes employees to be referred to as "profit makers". Thus, employee performance on construction projects has a major effect on the achievement of company performance. Quoted from PT. PP (Persero) Tbk. financial statements, the company's profit from 2018 to 2020 has decreased sequentially from Rp. 1,959 B in 2018, Rp. 819.46 B in 2019 and Rp. 128.75 B in 2020. One of the strategic step that the company must take is the HR (Human Resource) division must evaluate the human resources referred to as the company's 'profit center', especially in the projects. The HR (Human Resource) division must know what can affect employee performance on the project. Work environment, management support and employee job satisfaction are 3 variables that will be identified whether affect employee performance. Total respondent of research is 99 employees in PT. PP (Persero) Tbk. (male = 83 and female 16). SPSS and Smart-PLS software were used to analyze the data. Research examined that work environment and management support influence positive and statistically significant relationship with job satisfaction. Other than that, work environment also has a positive and statistically significant relationship with employee performance. However, management support and job satisfaction have not statistically significant relationship with employee performance.
