Abstract

Fungsi utama setiap pesantren sebagai pengembang kualitas pendidikan religius di lingkungannya memiliki ciri khas budaya yang berbeda. Fungsi pesantren bertambah sebagai penggerak ekonomi yang terbukti dengan keberadaan sejumlah wirausaha di sekitar pesantren. Pemanfaatan sumber daya yang telah dimiliki dapat mengarahkan pembangunan digitalisasi bisnis pesantren untuk mendapatkan target pasar yang lebih luas melalui analisis kondisi ekosistem pesantren.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui elemen-elemen ekosistem yang berpengaruh pada pembangunan digitalisasi startup LKP/TPKU Tebuireng dan mengetahui model pembangunannya di pesantren. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu etnografi interview untuk mengamati budaya bisnis di startup. Hasil intervew dan observasi dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis domain, hubungan semantik, taksonomi, dan komponen yang diuji keabsahannya menggunakan metode triangulasi, transferability, dependability, dan konfirmability. Hasil akhir analisis lingkungan budaya pesantren terhadap pembangunan startup digital dituliskan dalam sebuah naskah etnografi dengan judul “Pembangunan Digitalisasi Startup Konveksi Pesantren Tebuireng”.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uang, Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), pelanggan, faktor pendukung bisnis, dan teknologi sebagai elemen utama dalam pembangunan digitalisasi startup. Kepemimpinan dan tempat menjadi elemen pendukungnya. Keberadaan digitalisasi startup ini memberikan dampak positif bagi kecepatan proses produksi di startup LKP/TPKU Tebuireng dan membuka peluang kerja bagi masyarakat sekitar. Sedangkan proses pembangunan digitalisasi startup di lingkungan pesantren digambarkan dalam sebuah model bisnis.

Pesantren's main function as a developer of the quality of religious education in its environment has distinct cultural characteristics. By utilizing existing resources, the function of pesantren is expanding as an economic driver. By analyzing the state of the pesantren ecosystem, the use of existing resources can direct the development of the digitalization of the pesantren business to reach a larger target market.
The purpose of this research is to identify the ecosystem elements that influence the development of the startup LKP/TPKU Tebuireng's digitalization and to discover the model of business development in pesantren. Ethnography interview was used as a research method to observe the business culture at the startup. The domain analysis, semantic relationship, taxonomy, and component method were used to analyze the results of the interviews and observations. Then, triangulation, transferability, dependability, and confirmability methods were used to validate the analysis result. The final result of the cultural environment analysis of the pesantren on the development of digital startups is written in an ethnographic script titled "Development of the Digitalization of the Pesantren Tebuireng Convection Startup."
According to the findings, money, Human Resources (HR), customers, business supporting factors, and technology are the most important factors in the development of startup digitalization. The supporting elements are leadership and location. The presence of this startup digitalization has a positive impact on the speed of production at the Tebuireng LKP/TPKU startup and opens up job opportunities for the local people. Meanwhile, a business model describes the development process for digitalizing startups in pesantren.
