Abstract

Minuman tradisional masuk kedalam pangan fungsional yang dari segi faktor penyajian kurang menarik menjadikan kurangnya minat masyarakat terhadap minuman tradisional. Maka diciptakan sebuah sistem pengisian minuman cair tradisional yang dapat dibuat secara otomatis yang terhubung melalui webserver dengan proses pengaplikasian yang sederhana. Sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML pada komputer dalam proses pemesanan dengan menggunakan sinyal masukan berupa pulsa. Sistem ini menggunakan mikrokontroller NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai pengendali dari sistem sehingga dapat dikendalikan melalui web pada smartphone dengan terhubung menggunakan jaringan internet. Dengan memanfaatkan sensor IR Obstacle untuk mendeteksi keberadaan cup dan juga sensor HC-SR04 untuk mengetahui volume yang dihasilkan oleh cup. Pada tampilan display dan percobaan yang dilakukan menghasilakan tank 1 100ml/40sec, tank 2 menghasilkan 40ml/40sec, tank 3 menghasilkan 100ml/40sec, dan tank 4 menghasilkan 120ml/40sec. ================================================================================================ Traditional drinks are included in functional foods, which in terms of presentation factors are less attractive, causing a lack of public interest in traditional drinks. Then created a traditional liquid drink filling system that can be created automatically that is connected via a webserver with a simple application process. This system uses programming language HTML on a computer in the ordering process by using an input signal in the form of pulses. This system uses themicrocontroller NodeMCU ESP8266as the controller of the system so that it can be controlled via the web on a smartphone by connecting to the internet network. By utilizing thesensor IR Obstacle to detect the presence of the cup and also the HC-SR04 sensor to determine the volume produced by the cup. On the display display and the experiments carried out resulted in tank 1 100ml/40sec, tank 2 producing 40ml/40sec, tank 3 producing 100ml/40sec, and tank 4 producing 120ml/40sec.
