Abstract

Tantangan terbesar bagi perusahaan pelayanan publik adalah bagaimana memenuhi standar pelayanan yang diinginkan oleh pelanggan. Salah satu sistem yang memenuhi pengelolaan standar kualitas adalah Sistem Manajemen Mutu. Manajemen Mutu Terpadu adalah manajemen fungsional dengan pendekatan yang secara terus menerus difokuskann pada peningkatan kualitas, agar produknya sesuai dengan standar kualitas dari masyarakat yang dilayani dalam pelaksanaan tugas pelayanan umum dan pembangunan masyarakat (Community Development) atau sistem manajemen yang mengangkat kualitas sebagai strategi usaha dan berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan dengan melibatkan seluruh anggota organisasi. Sistem manajemen mutu memberikan dorongan positif kepada kinerja karyawan secara terus menerus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kinerja karyawan berdasarkan penerapan sistem manajemen mutu di PT AKAM Sorong yang akan diukur dari delapan prinsip yaitu kepemimpinan, keterlibatan semua karyawan, pendekatan proses, pendekatan sistem manajemen, perbaikan secara terus menerus, fokus pada pelanggan, pembuatan keputusan berdasarkan fakta, dan hubungan saling menguntungkan dengan pemasok terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT AKAM Sorong. Dengan responden sebanyak 105 karyawan, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik biner. Faktor-faktor sistem manajemen mutu yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT AKAM Sorong adalah kepemimpinan, pendekatan sistem manajemen, dan fokus pada pelanggan.

The biggest challenge for public service companies is how to meet the service standards desired by customers. One of the systems that meet the quality standard management is the Quality Management System. Integrated Quality Management is functional management with an approach that is continuously focused on improving quality, so that the products are in accordance with the quality standards of the people served in the implementation of public service tasks and community development (Community Development) or a management system that elevates quality as a business strategy and is oriented on customer satisfaction by involving all members of the organization. The quality management system provides a positive boost to employee performance on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this study is to measure employee performance based on the implementation of a quality management system at PT AKAM Sorong which will be measured from eight principles, namely leadership, involvement of all employees, process approach, management system approach, continuous improvement, focus on customers, decision making based on facts, and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers on employee performance at PT AKAM Sorong. With 105 employees as respondents, the data analysis method used is binary logistic regression analysis. Measurement of employee performance that influences based on the implementation of the quality management system in PT AKAM Kota Sorong, namely the variable leadership, process approach and focus on customers.
