Abstract

Coronary heart disease is the first deadly disease in Indonesia and even the world. Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) with ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) is one of the main causes of heart disease morbidity and mortality worldwide and includes severe cases that require medical treatment as soon as possible. Thrombolysis in myocardial infarction flow (TIMI Flow) parameter is used to see the success rate of postoperative arterial changes. In this research, an analysis was carried out using the ordinal logistic regression method to determine the relationship between TIMI Flow and predictor variables. The data used is secondary data obtained from RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung in the form of medical record data for the period January 2019 to December 2019 with a total sample of 229 patients. The results of the analysis showed that most patients who underwent PPCI heart surgery were TIMI 3 after surgery with 195 patients (85.2%), TIMI 2 as many as 21 patients (9.2%), and TIMI 0-1 as many as 13 patients (5.7%). The mean age of the patients was 60.8 years with the majority of more than half of the patients being male. Risk factors that have a significant effect on TIMI Flow are age, time of onset, and smoker status.
