Abstract
PT XYZ berencana mendaur ulang minyak jelantah menjadi biodiesel.
PT XYZ plans to recycle used cooking oil into biodiesel. Biodiesel production certainly requires a complicated chemical process and with a logistics company background, PT XYZ does not have this production experience. Therefore, PT XYZ cooperates with ITS to ensure the biodiesel production process runs smoothly. There are many possible joint operation scheme alternatives that can be carried out by both parties. In this study, 3 alternative KSO schemes that might occur between PT XYZ and ITS have been built. From each of these alternatives, it is necessary to calculate the financial feasibility (economic benefits), determine the negotiation point using a sensitivity analysis, resilience test against risk using a Monte Carlo simulation, and select the best alternative that most satisfies all parties using a combination of the FUCOM-GTOPSIS method. As a result, without considering risk factors, the best alternative for PT XYZ is scheme 3 while for ITS is scheme 2. However, after considering risk factors, the two best schemes for each party actually become the worst alternative. In the alternative selection process, decision making is based on differences in the preferences of multi-party in viewing the criteria. After considering all the criteria, the best alternative that is considered the most beneficial for all parties (win-win solution alternative) is scheme 1.
