Abstract
ABSTRAK
PT Pelopor Teknologi Implantindo adalah sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang beroperasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan material bahan dasar implan dan peralatan kesehatan. Diperlukan kerja sama dengan pemasok, baik pemasok manufaktur maupun pemasok distributor. Perusahaan menitik beratkan pada atribut jangka pendek seperti biaya rendah namun tetap mengembangkan hubungan jangka panjang dan peluang pengembangan produk dengan kerja sama bersama beberapa pemasok. Berdasarkan kasus tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan. Pertama, memilih pemasok untuk bahan 316L menggunakan metode DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory), ANP (Analytic Network Process) dan TOPSIS (Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) dari pemasok yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan perusahaan. Kedua, mengidentifikasi interaksi antara metode DEMATEL - ANP dan mengidentifikasi kriteria menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observer dan wawancara untuk mengetahui variabel-variabel penting dalam pemilihan pemasok bahan baku 316L dengan mengelompokkannya ke dalam kelompok dan kriteria. Secara bertahap, Kuesioner I dan II digunakan untuk memperoleh konsensus kelompok dan kriteria penting dalam memilih pemasok bahan baku scrab 316L. Kriteria dan pengolahan data menggunakan metode DEMATEL, Analytical Network Process (ANP) dan TOPSIS dengan bantuan excel dan super decision. Terdapat 8 kriteria dan 15 subkriteria yang digunakan untuk pemilihan pemasok dengan kesepakatan expert. Dari perhitungan menggunakan DEMATEL-ANP terdapat subkriteria yang memiliki urutan prioritas pertama yakni pengiriman tepat waktu. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan TOPSIS dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemasok ketiga memiliki nilai tertinggi sebesar 45% dengan rasio 0,78385 dimana dalam hal ini pemasok ketiga dapat menjadi solusi utama ketika perusahaan sedang melakukan pemilihan pemasok. Adanya pemasok terbaik diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk kegiatan bisnis selanjutnya. Hasil penelitian didapatkan skala penialain yang lebih objektif dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman perusahaan untuk melakukan pemilihan pemasok diwaktu berikutnya sehingga perusahaan juga dapat selalu memberikan report berkala untuk pemasok.

PT Pelopor Teknologi Implantindo is a manufacturing company that operates to meet the needs of implant materials and medical equipment. Cooperation with suppliers, both manufacturing suppliers and distributor suppliers is required. The company focuses on short-term attributes such as low costs but still develops long-term relationships and product development opportunities by collaborating with several suppliers. Based on these cases, this study aims. First, selecting suppliers for the 316L material using the DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory), ANP (Analytic Network Process) and TOPSIS (Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) methods from suppliers that match the needs and objectives of the company. Second, identify the interaction between the DEMATEL - ANP method and identify the criteria using the TOPSIS method. Data was collected through observers and interviews to find out the important variables in the selection of 316L raw material suppliers by grouping them into groups and criteria. Gradually, Questionnaires I and II were used to obtain group consensus and important criteria in selecting suppliers of 316L scrap raw materials. Criteria and data processing using DEMATEL, Analytical Network Process (ANP) and TOPSIS methods with the help of excel and super decision. There are 8 criteria and 15 sub-criteria used for supplier selection with expert agreement. From the calculation using DEMATEL-ANP there are sub-criteria that have the first priority order, namely delivery on time. Based on the results of data processing using TOPSIS, it can be concluded that the third supplier has the highest value of 45% with a ratio of 0.78385 where in this case the third supplier can be the main solution when the company is selecting suppliers. The existence of the best suppliers is expected to be a reference for further business activities. The results of the study obtained a more objective rating scale that can be used as a guide for companies to select suppliers at the next time so that companies can always provide periodic reports for suppliers.
