Abstract

Ruang pendingin adalah tempat untuk menjaga suhu dan kualitas ikan setelah dibekukan. Ruang pendingin juga berfungsi untuk mengumpulkan ikan sampai tiba pada jadwal pengirimannya ke luar provinsi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk lebih memahami manfaat dari ruang pendingin pada pengelolaan logistik ikan. Berbagai skenario (eksperimen) seperti kondisi cuaca pelayaran dan penambahan jadwal kapal dimasukkan ke dalam model untuk memberikan rekomendasi kapasitas ruang pendingin di PPS Kendari yang sesuai dengan skenario tersebut. Selain itu, juga untuk mengetahui berapa pendapatan yang diterima oleh industri ruang pendingin, nelayan, pedagang, dan perusahaan pelayaran. Adakah pihak yang mengalami kerugian dengan adanya skenario yang dibuat. Penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui berapa kapasitas ruang pendingin yang diperlukan di daerah tujuan pengirimannya, yaitu Surabaya. Pengelolaan produk perikanan merupakan suatu sistem logistik yang kompleks karena melibatkan berbagai variabel yang saling berinteraksi. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistem. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan dinamika sistem. Dari hasil simulasi, didapatkan tingkat hunian dari ruang pendingin di PPS Kendari pada Model 1 = 79,92%; Model 2 = 67,95%; Model 3 = 26,61%; dan Model 4 = 25,80%. ================================================================================================ Cold storage is a place to maintain the temperature and quality of the fish after it is frozen. Cold storage also serves to collect fish until it arrives on its scheduled shipment out of the province. This research was conducted to better understand the benefits of cold storage on the management of fish logistics. Various scenarios (experiments) such as shipping weather conditions and the addition of ship schedules were incorporated into the model to provide cold storage capacity recommendations in PPS Kendari that fit the scenario. In addition, it also to find out how much revenue is received by the cold storage industry, fishermen, traders, and shipping companies. Is there a party that suffers a loss with the scenario created. This research is also to find out how much cold storage capacity is needed in the delivery destination area, Surabaya. The management of fishery products is a complex logistics system because it involves various variables that interact with each other. Therefore, to overcome these problems it is necessary to conduct research using a system approach. The method used in this study is with a system dynamics approach. From the results of the simulation, the occupancy rate from the cold storage in PPS Kendari on Scenario 1 = 79.92%; Scenario 2 = 67.95%; Scenario 3 = 26.61%; and Scenario 4 = 25.80%.
