Abstract

Pada Proyek akhir ini penulis membuat proyek akhir yang
berjudul “DETEKSI KONDISI MOTOR 3 FASA MENGGUNAKAN
METODE FUZZY LOGIC.” Penulis membuat proyek dengan judul
diatas yakni Penulis melihat suatu masalah yang ada di PT SMART Tbk yang terkait dengan motor induksi yang mana pengunaan motor itu banyak diterapkan contohnya konveyor dan mesin pompa. Yang mana kerusakan pada motor induksi 3 fasa selalu dianggap hal biasa yang memang sering dilakukan, padahal seharusnya tidak demikian, harusnya
mencari sumber permasalahan yang menyebabkan motor itu rusak agar produksi tidak terhenti. Pada alat system ini kita dapat memprediksi kapan motor ini waktunya untuk melakukan predictive maintence dan juga sebagai antisipasi permasalahan motor induksi 3 fasa kedepanya
dapat mengurangi cost pengeluaran untuk predictive maintence. Penulis membuat alat system yang dapat mendeteksi kondisi motor induksi 3 fasa apabila mengalami masalah atau gangguan. Deteksi tersebut dilihat dari data pembacaan sensor getaran dan suhu yang terlihat anomaly yang dapat menggangu kerja motor. Hasil ini dapat memprediksi kapan motor tersebut harus melakukan perbaikan dan perawatan berdasarkan dari data pembacaan
sensor yang terdapat di interface Labview. Bukan hanya itu deteksi kondisi motor tersebut dengan membaca data yang melalui fuzzy logic. Dari data yang telah diinputkan fuzzy logic dapat mengklasifikasikan kondisi motor induksi 3 fasa yang data tersebut disimpan secara realtime di Microsoft Excel

The author creates a final project titled "DETECTION OF 3
PHASE MOTOR CONDITIONS USING FUZZY LOGIC METHOD" in
this project. The author created the project with the title above because he saw a problem at PT SMART Tbk with regard to the motor, where the use of the motor was widely applied, such as conveyors and pump machines. Where damage to a 3-phase induction motor is always
considered a common thing that is often done, even though it shouldn't be, should look for the source of the problem that causes the machine to fail so that production does not stop With this system tool, we can
predict when it is time for this machine to do predictive maintenance and also as an anticipation of future machine problems so that they don't happen again, and so that the cost of predictive maintenance can be reduced. If a 3-phase induction motor encounters problems or disturbances, the author creates a system tool that can identify the condition of the motor. The identification is based on vibration and temperature sensor reading data, which appears to be an anomaly that could disrupt the motor's operation. Based on sensor reading data in the Labview interface, these results can indicate when the motor will need repairs and maintenance. Not only that, but reading data through fuzzy logic to detect the motor's state. Fuzzy logic can categorize the status of a 3-phase induction motor whose data is saved in real time in Microsoft Excel using the data that has been provided
