Abstract

Kerupuk memang bisa dibuat secara manual atau dengan alat tradisional. Namun untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar yang tinggi, kerupuk perlu diproduksi dengan mesin agar lebih efesien. Pada salah satu UMKM kerupuk, belum memiliki alat untuk produksi krupuk mentahnya, dengan kata lain UMKM kerupuk ini hanya melakukan penggorengan saja. Kondisi ini kurang memaksimalkan sistem pabrik itu sendiri.
Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya, maka pada proyek akhir ini akan membuat mesin produksi otomatis dengan sistem kendali pada mesin produksi kerupuk mawar dengan menggunakan Networked Control System sehingga dapat membuat dan mencetak kerupuk mulai dari bahan baku mentah. Metode Networked Control System tersebut untuk mengetahui ganguan paket data yang dikirim. Pada sistem ini terdapat monitoring dan kontrol produksi penakaran bahan dan dilengkapi dengan sensor Loadcell, terdapat juga kontrol untuk produksi pilihan rasa asin dan pedas pada kerupuk mawar. Keseluruhan sistem ini dikontrol menggunakan mikrokontroller Arduino Mega dan juga menggunakan ESP8266.
Pada monitoring bahan takaran terdapat error sebesar 1% pada sensor Loadcell, dan juga terdapat delay pada control servo sebesar 1-3 detik. Hasil pengujian metode Networked Control System terdapat respon waktu yang dibutukan pada saat website dapat mengaktifkan mesin produksi kerupuk bekisar 1,15 detik – 1,21 detik, karena diberikan delay selama 1 detik, maka respon waktu dari website hingga plant bergerak yaitu selama kurang dari 1 detik.

Crackers can indeed be made manually or with traditional tools. However, to meet the high market demand, crackers need to be produced by machines to be more efficient. One of the cracker UMKM does not yet have the tools for the production of raw crackers, in other words, this cracker UMKM only does frying. This condition does not maximize the factory system itself.
Based on the problems that have been described previously, this final project will make an automatic production machine with a control system on the rose cracker production machine using a Networked Control System so that it can make and print crackers starting from raw materials. The Networked Control System method is to determine the disruption of the data packets that are sent. In this system there is monitoring and control of the production of measuring ingredients and is equipped with a Loadcell sensor, there is also control for the production of salty and spicy flavor choices in rose crackers. The whole system is controlled using the Arduino Mega microcontroller and also using the ESP8266.
In monitoring the measuring material, there is an error of 1% on the Loadcell sensor, and there is also a delay in the servo control of 1-3 seconds. The test results of the Networked Control System method show that the response time required when the website can activate the cracker production machine is 1.15 seconds - 1.21 seconds. Because it is given a delay of 1 second, the response time from the website to the plant moving is less than 1 second.
