Abstract

Sistem pengukuran klorofil daun menjadi perangkat yang sangat penting dalam pengembangan teknologi smart farming. Telah diciptakan sebuah sistem pengukuran klorofil daun berbasis fluorescence pada tugas akhir ini. Chlorophyll Fluorescence merupakan sebuah konsep untuk menentukan kadar klorofil daun dengan menggunakan instrument optis berupa laser dioda 405nm dan phototransistor sebagai pengindra. Alat ini dilengkapi dengan LCD yang digunakan untuk menampilkan nilai kadar klorofil daun dalam satuan PPM (Part Per Million). Alat ini telah divalidasi dengan alat ukur standard yakni Spektrometer dan SPAD 502. Objek uji pada tugas akhir ini terbatas pada daun bayam dan daun kangkung. Hasil validasi pada alat ukur klorofil daun dan SPAD 502 memiliki nilai pengukuran relatif standard deviasi sebesar 4,59% dan 6,1% untuk daun bayam. Sedangkan untuk pengukuran daun kangkung pada alat ukur klorofil daun dan SPAD 502 memiliki nilai pengukuran relatif standard deviasi sebesar 4,18% dan 2,68%.

Leaf chlorophyll measurement system is a very important device in the development of smart farming technology. This final project involved developing a fluorescencebased leaf chlorophyll measurement system. Chlorophyll fluorescence is a concept that uses optical instruments such as a 405nm laser diode and a photo-transistor as a sensor to assess leaf chlorophyll levels. This equipment comes with an LCD display that shows the value of leaf chlorophyll content in PPM (part per million). This tool has been validated with a standard measuring instrument, namely SPAD 502 plus chlorophyll meter. In this final project, the test item is confined to spinach and kale leaves. The relative standard deviation measurement value for spinach leaves was 4,59 % and 6,1 %, according to the validation results on the leaf chlorophyll measuring instrument and SPAD 502. Meanwhile, the relative standard deviation measurement values for kale leaves on the leaf chlorophyll measuring instrument and SPAD 502 are 4,18 % and 2,68%.
