Abstract

Increasing urbanization in Jakarta has made the mid-cities denser so that people live in the suburbs. Lack of good urban planning and integration between workplaces and residences causes congestion.
One of the strategic responses that can be carried out is vertical spatial planning in an area with a good public transportation system. This design seeks to provide a multipurpose facility that can be a productive space and a catalyst for the economy of the surrounding area. Canonic design approaches and parametric design methods are used to solve problems related to the creative process and differences in the character of space users.
The varying and alternating users of this design lead to different needs as well. Along with the development of the times, technology plays an important role in the present which causes changes in human behavior in living, shopping, and working to change as well. So that the expected architecture in this design can follow these human needs.
