Abstract

Tantangan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 membuat PT. Petrokimia Gresik sebagai produsen pupuk terbesar dan terlengkap di Indonesia harus menyiapkan kompetensi dan kualitas sumber daya manusia dengan program pengembangan seperti pelatihan. Pelatihan yang telah dijalankan masih belum dievaluasi secara komprehensif sehingga dilakukan penelitian untuk membantu perusahaan dalam mengukur manfaat pelatihan serta membandingkan biaya dan manfaat pelatihan dalam konteks finansial. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan membuat pedoman evaluasi pelatihan yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengukuran Business Impact dan Return on Training Investment. Pelatihan yang digunakan sebagai objek adalah Cost Benefit Analysis dan Omni Channel Marketing Battle Plan. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa pelatihan Cost Benefit Analysis menghasilkan Business Impact sebesar Rp 10.969.629 dan Rp 18.947.258. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut, didapatkan ROTI sebesar -13% dan 50%. Sedangkan pelatihan Omni Channel Marketing Battle Plan menghasilkan Business Impact sebesar Rp 16.015.212.510 dan Rp 10.588.529.680 dengan ROTI sebesar 169357% dan 111937%. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut, diberikan rekomendasi untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pelatihan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan selanjutnya.

Challenges in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era made PT. Petrokimia Gresik as the largest and most comprehensive fertilizer producer in Indonesia must prepare the competence and quality of human resources with development programs such as training. The training that has been carried out has not been evaluated comprehensively so research is carried out to assist companies in measuring the benefits of training and comparing the costs and benefits of training in a financial context. This research begins by making training evaluation guidelines which are then measured by Business Impact and Return on Training Investment. The training used as the object is Cost Benefit Analysis and Omni Channel Marketing Battle Plan. From the results of the study, it was found that the Cost Benefit Analysis training resulted in a Business Impact of Rp 10.969.629 and Rp 18.947.258. From the results of these calculations, obtained ROTI of -13% and 50%. Meanwhile, the Omni Channel Marketing Battle Plan training resulted in a Business Impact of Rp 16.015.212.510 and Rp 10.588.529.680 with a ROTI of 169357% and 111937%, respectively. From the results of these calculations, recommendations are given to evaluate the implementation of the training as a material for consideration in the implementation of the next training.
