Abstract

Covid-19 merupakan virus yang menyerang sistem pernafasan yang bergantung pada kekuatan imunitas tubuh.Setiap orang memiliki kekuatan imunitas tubuh yang berbeda-beda untuk melawan virus covid-19.Ketahanan pada pasien covid-19 diukur dari waktu lama pasien di rawat sampai pasien sembuh atau pasien positif terpapar hingga pasien dinyatakan negatif.Rumah Sakit Lapangan Kogabwilhan II Surabaya (RSLKI) merupakan rumah sakit darurat dan terbuat dari tenda yang dikhususkan untuk menangani pasien covid-19.Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis survival mengenai lama waktu sembuh pasien covid-19di Rumah Sakit Lapangan Kogabwilhan II Surabaya dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Cox Proportional Hazard. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasien tertinggi ditunjukkan pada interval usia 21-30 tahun, pasien berjenis kelamin laki-laki lebih banyak dibandingan dengan pasien perempuan. Kondisi pasien gejala ringan, pasien tanpa gejala, dan pasien yang didiagnosa coronavirus infection unspecified site dengan interval usia 21-30 tahun dan interval 31-40 tahun memiliki jumlah terbanyak, dan pasien yang tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit memiliki jumlah paling besar dibandingkan dengan pasien yang memiliki riwayat penyakit. Variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lama waktu sembuh pasien covid-19 adalah variabel jenis kelamin.

Covid-19 is a virus that attacks the respiratory system which depends on the strength of the body's immunity. Everyone has different immune strengths to fight the covid-19 virus. Resilience in covid-19 patients is measured by the length of time the patient is treated until the patient recovers or recovers. positive patients are exposed until the patient is declared negative. The Field Hospital Kogabwilhan II Surabaya (RSLKI) is an emergency hospital and is made of a tent that is specifically designed to treat covid-19 patients. Therefore, in this study a survival analysis was carried out regarding the length of time for recovery of covid-19 patients. 19 at the Field Hospital Kogabwilhan II Surabaya using the Cox Proportional Hazard Regression method. The results of this study indicate that the highest patient is shown at the age interval of 21-30 years, more male patients than female patients. The condition of mild symptomatic patients, asymptomatic patients, and patients diagnosed with coronavirus infection unspecified site with an age interval of 21-30 years and an interval of 31-40 years had the highest number, and patients without a history of disease had the largest number compared to patients who had disease history. Variables that have a significant effect on the length of time for recovery of Covid-19 patients are the variables of gender.
