Abstract

Bandar udara Juanda Surabaya merupakan bandar udara bandara tersibuk kedua di Indonesia dalam melayani penumpang nasional maupun internasional. Dalam melayani moda transportasi udara yang semakin tahun berkembang dari pengoperasian pesawat narrow body ke pesawat wide body akan berdampak secara langsung terhadap struktur perkerasan. Selain itu berdasarkan data rekapitulasi kerusakan 4 tahun terakhir, terdapat beberapa jenis kerusakan pada runway dan taxiway. Faktor diatas menjadi tantangan sendiri bagi pengelola bandar udara terkait kesiapan runway dan taxiway dalam melayani pergerakan pesawat. Proyek Akhir ini akan mengevaluasi struktur perkerasan struktur perkerasan critical area runway dan taxiway dengan melakukan tinjauan terhadap beberapa hal. Yang pertama tinjauan terkait nilai ACN-PCN. Nilai ACN dianalisa menggunakan tiga metode. Hasil analisa ACN akan dibandingkan dengan nilai PCN yang ditetapkan pada perkerasan. Yang kedua tinjauan terkait nilai CDF dengan software COMFAA untuk mengetahui nilai faktor yang mewakili jumlah umur kelelahan struktur perkerasan. Yang ketiga tinjauan terkait CBR daya dukung struktur perkerasan, untuk mengetahui apakah CBR daya dukung tanah masih memenuhi standar. Hasil dari analisa menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa pesawat yang memiliki nilai ACN > PCN. Namun setelah ditinjau terhadap pengoperasian kondisi overload, nilai ACN tidak mempengaruhi kekuatan perkerasan karena frekuensi pergerakan tidak lebih besar dari 5% dari keberangkatan tahunan. Kemudian untuk tinjauan terkait nilai CDF menunjukkan perkerasan runway segmen 7 memiliki nilai CDF > 1 yaitu sebesar 2,1848. Dan untuk tinjauan terkait nilai CBR daya dukung, perkerasan runway segmen 7 memiliki CBR yang masih memenuhi standard. Oleh karena itu direncanakan perbaikan perkerasan dengan metode overlay. Hasil analisa tebal perkerasan membutuhkan perencanaan perbaikan dengan overlay sebesar 6 cm pada lapisan permukaan. ================================================================================================= Juanda Airport Surabaya is the second busiest airport in Indonesia in serving national and international passengers. In serving the air transportation mode, which is growing from year to year from the operation of narrow body aircraft to wide body aircraft, it will have a direct impact on the pavement structure. In addition, based on the damage recapitulation data for the last 4 years, there are several types of damage to the runway and taxiway. The above factors are a challenge for airport managers regarding the readiness of runways and taxiways in serving aircraft movements. This final project will evaluate the pavement structure of the critical area runway and taxiway pavement structures by reviewing several things. The first is a review of the ACN-PCN value. ACN values were analyzed using three methods. The results of the ACN analysis will be compared with the PCN value set on the pavement. The second review is related to the CDF value with COMFAA software to determine the factor value that represents the total fatigue life of the pavement structure. The third review is related to the CBR bearing capacity of the pavement structure, to find out whether the CBR of the soil bearing capacity still meets the standards. The results of the analysis show that there are several aircraft that have ACN > PCN values. However, after reviewing the operation of overload conditions, the ACN value does not affect the pavement strength because the frequency of movement is not greater than 5% of the annual departure. Then for a review related to the CDF value, it shows that segment 7 runway pavement has a CDF value > 1, which is 2,1848. And for a review related to the carrying capacity of the CBR value, segment 7 runway pavement has a CBR that still meets the standard. Therefore, it is planned to repair the pavement using the overlay method. The results of the analysis of pavement thickness require improvement planning with an overlay of 6 cm on the surface layer.
