Abstract

Gedung Psikologi Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel merupakan gedung beton bertulang 9 lantai menggunakan sistem Struktur Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK).Proyek akhir ini merencanakan alternatif penggunaan Fluid Viscous Damper pada Gedung Psikologi Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel dengan menggunakan struktur SRPMB + Fluid Viscous Damper. Pengerjaan proyek akhir ini ada dua tahap analisa. Tahap pertama adalah permodelan struktur eksisting menggunakan SRPMK dan permodelan struktur SRPMB. Perubahan sistem rangka bangunan dari SRPMK menjadi SRPMB diharapkan untuk mengurangi kerusakan struktural pada bangunan . selanjutnya dilakukan pengecekan struktur SRPMK dan SRPMB apakah masih memenuhi persyaratan pada SNI 1726:2019 atau tidak. Dikarenakan penggunaan struktur SRPMB memiliki desain gempa yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan SRPMK, sehingga digunakan alat bantu berupa peredam gempa yaitu Fluid Viscous Damper. Pada analisa tahap dua dilakukan permodelan dengan sistem struktur SRPMB dengan Fluid Viscous Damper. Kebutuhan kapasitas fluid viscous damper didapatkan dari perhitungan metode redaman kekakuan proporsional dengan menggunakan respon spektrum menggunakan analisis linear. Fluid viscous damper yang digunakan merupakan Fluid Viscous Damper 17180 dengan kapasitas 3000 Kn, dan dipasang sebanyak 32 buah. Fluid viscous damper dipasang dengan breising dan pemasangan secara diagonal dengan sambungan gusset plate serta Mountin Pin pada bagian ujung bracing dan Fluid viscous damper. Selanjutnya dilakukan cek kontrol dinamis dan kapasitas elemen struktur pada struktur alternatif penggunaan Fluid Viscous Damper pada Gedung Psikologi Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel. Hasilnya, penambahan alat peredam berupa Fluid Viscous Damper mampu mengurangi simpangan antar lantai terbesar pada bangunan sebesar 40 %, Gaya geser dasar mencapai 32,4 %, dan gaya aksial pada kolom hingga 20,5 %. Hasil perhitungan yang sudah memenuhi kontrol struktur dan kontrol penulangan selanjutnya akan dijelaskan pada penggambaran teknik, serta metode pelaksanaan pemasangan Fluid Viscous Damper pada gedung Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel. ================================================================================================= The Psychology Building of the State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel is a 9-story reinforced concrete building using the Special Moment Resisting Structure (SRPMK) system. This final project plans an alternative to the use of Fluid Viscous Damper in the Psychology Building of the State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel by using the SRPMB + Fluid Viscous Damper structure. The work on this final project consists of two stages of analysis. The first stage is modeling the existing structure using SRPMK and modeling the SRPMB structure. The change of the building frame system from SRPMK to SRPMB is expected to reduce structural damage to buildings. then check the structure of the SRPMK and SRPMB whether they still meet the requirements of SNI 1726:2019 or not. Due to the use of the SRPMB structure, which has a larger earthquake design than the SRPMK, so an earthquake damper is used, namely the Fluid Viscous Damper. In the second stage of analysis, modeling is carried out with the SRPMB structural system with Fluid Viscous Damper. The fluid capacity requirement of the viscous damper is obtained from the calculation of the proportional stiffness damping method using the response spectrum using linear analysis. The fluid viscous damper used is a Fluid Viscous Damper 17180 with a capacity of 3000 Kn, and 32 units are installed. Fluid The viscous damper is braced and mounted diagonally by connecting the gusset plate and Mountin Pin at the end of the bracing and Fluid viscous damper. Next, check the dynamic control and structural element capacity on alternative structures using Fluid Viscous Damper at the Psychology Building of Sunan Ampel State Islamic University. As a result, the addition of a damping device in the form of a Fluid Viscous Damper is able to reduce the largest displacement between floors in the building by 40%, the base shear force reaches 32.4%, and the axial force on the column by up to 20.5%. The calculation results that have met the structural control and reinforcement control will then be explained in the technical drawing, as well as the implementation method for the installation of Fluid Viscous Damper in the Sunan Ampel State Islamic University building.
