Abstract

Ruas jalan batas kota Kabupaten Bojonegoro sampai dengan Kabupaten Nganjuk mengalami kerusakan jalan struktur perkerasan lentur. Hal tersebut menghambat lajunya perekonomian Kabupaten Bojonegoro, karena daerah tersebut pusat pertanian dan pariwisata Bojonegoro.
Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan pengujian sampel tanah, survey kondisi jalan dan drainase. Pengujian sampel tanah dilakukan dengan kedalaman 1, 3 dan 5 meter pada segemen 18. Survey kondisi jalan dan drainase dilakukan secara visual. Survey kondisi jalan dilakukan selama dua kali yaitu sebelum dan setelah perbaikan jalan. Pengolahan data survey kondisi jalan menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode Bina Marga dan PCI (pavement condition index).
Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh jenis kerusakan mengembang 2281,80 m2, retak refleksi 1730 m2, retak memanjang 267,98 m2, pengelupasan 21,69 m2 dan lubang 0,04 m2. Nilai tingkat kerusakan sebelum perbaikan sebesar 83,70 (PCI) dan 5,5 (Bina Marga), sedangkan nilai setelah perbaikan sebesar 92,8 (PCI) dan 6,1 (Bina Marga). Kerusakan diakibatkan jalan berada di daerah tanah ekspansif tingkat tinggi dan kondisi drainase dalam keadaan buruk. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan tiga alternatif perbaikan yaitu preventif metode bubur aspal dengan biaya Rp 416.549.136,00, pemeliharaan rutin metode P6 perataan dengan biaya Rp 571.196.388,00, dan pemeliharaan berkala metode lapisan tambahan laston 10 cm dengan biaya Rp 6.981.170.427,00.

The road section of the city limits of Bojonegoro Regency to Nganjuk Regency is experiencing damage to the flexible pavement structure. This hampers the economic speed of the Bojonegoro Regency because the area is the center of agriculture and tourism in Bojonegoro.
In this study, soil samples were tested, road and drainage condition surveys were carried out. Soil sample testing was carried out at a depth of 1, 3, and 5 meters in segment 18. A Survey of road and drainage conditions was carried out visually. The road condition survey was conducted twice, namely before and after road repairs. Processing of road condition survey data uses two methods, namely the Bina Marga method and the PCI (pavement condition index) method.
The results of this study showed that the type of damage was swelling 2281,80 m2, reflection cracks 1730 m2, longitudinal crack 267.98 m2, peeling 21.69 m2, and hole 0.04 m2. The value of the level of damage before the repair is 83.70 (PCI) and 5.5 (Bina Marga), while the value after the repair is 92.8 (PCI) and 6.1 (Bina Marga). The damage was caused by the road being in an area of high expansive soil and poor drainage conditions. Therefore, three alternative improvements are needed, namely the preventive asphalt slurry method at a cost of Rp 416.549.136,00, routine maintenance of the P6 grading method at a cost of Rp 571.196.388,00, and periodic maintenance of the 10 cm additional layer of laston at a cost of Rp 6.981.170.427,00.
