Abstract

Jembatan Boboh merupakan bagian dari proyek pembangunan jalan tol KLBM seksi B pada STA 18+970 sampai STA 19+258 yang melintasi jalan raya Boboh, Kecamatan Menganti, Kabupaten Gresik. Jembatan ini memilik panjang 288 m yang dibagi menjadi 7 span dengan 8 pilar dan lebar 25,2 m, sebelum dimodifikasi jembatan ini menggunakan sistem struktur gelagar beton prategang berupa PCI girder.
Jembatan Boboh digunakan sebagai objek proyek akhir dengan modifikasi struktur menjadi busur rangka baja sebagai alternatif desain. Jembatan busur rangka baja dipilih karena konstruksi baja mempunyai kemampuan sangat tinggi dalam menahan gaya tarik yang besar tanpa membutuhkan banyak volume. Selain itu jembatan tipe ini dapat memiliki bentang hingga 400 m tanpa adanya pilar ditengah jembatan, sehingga dapat mengurangi jumlah pilar yang digunakan. Selain kuat dari segi struktural, jembatan busur memiliki nilai lebih dalam segi arsitektural sehingga dapat memberikan kesan monumental dan menjadi ikon baru kabupaten Gresik.
Dari hasil perencanaan alternatif desain jembatan Boboh menggunakan profil square hollow section, rectangular hollow section dan wide flange. Metode pelakasanaan pada jembatan ini menggunakan metode balanced cantilever dengan bantuan temporary tower dan dihubungkan dengan kabel penahan.

The Boboh Bridge is part of the KLBM section B toll road construction project at STA 18+970 to STA 19+258 on Boboh, Menganti, Gresik. This bridge has a length of 288 m which is divided into 7 spans with 8 pillars and a width of 25.2 m, before being modified this bridge used a prestressed concrete girder as a structure system in the form of PCI girders.
The Boboh Bridge was used as the object of the final project with structural modifications to a steel truss arch as an alternative design. The steel truss arch bridge was chosen because the steel construction has a very high ability to withstand large tensile forces without requiring a lot of volume. In addition, this type of bridge can have a span of up to 400 m without any pillars in the middle. of the bridge, thus reducing the number of pillars used. In addition to being strong in terms of structure, the arc bridge has more value in terms of architecture so that it can give a monumental impression and become a new icon of Gresik.
From the result of alternative design Boboh bridge using square hollow section, rectangular hollow section dan wide flange profile. The implementation method on this bridge uses the balanced cantilever method with the help of a temporary tower and is connected to a retaining cable.
