Abstract

Penyusunan proyek akhir yang berjudul “Perhitungan Waktu dan Biaya Pelaksanaan Penggunaan Halfslab Precast Pada Proyek Hotel Grand Mercure Malang” meninjau bangunan Hotel Grand Mercure Malang. Bangunan ini memiliki jumlah lantai sebanyak 16 lantai yang meliputi 3 lantai podium. Bangunan Hotel Grand Mercure Malang ini seluruh pelaksanaan pekerjaan pelat menggunakan metode cast in situ. Proyek akhir ini menghitung Waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan proyek dengan mengganti metode pelaksanaan pelat menjadi metode halfslab precast tanpa menghitung analisa struktur yang disebabkan pada pergantian metode. Perhitungan waktu dan biaya dilakukan dengan cara menyusun item pekerjaan, menghitung volume pekerjaan, menghitung produktivitas dan menghitung durasi sehingga didapatkan waktu dan biaya total pelaksanaan proyek. Dari hasil analisa, didapatkan durasi pekerjaan struktur Proyek Hotel Grand Mercure Malang menggunakan metode halfslab precast pada lantai 5-16 dapat diselesaikan dengan 117 hari kerja. Dengan asumsi bahwa hari minggu libur dan jam kerja normal, tanpa lembur yaitu 8 jam per hari dan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp17,422,449,844 yang terdiri dari biaya material, biaya upah dan biaya sewa alat.

Preparation of the final project entitled "Calculation of Time and Cost of Implementation of the Use of Halfslab Precast in the Grand Mercure Hotel Malang Project" reviewing the Grand Mercure Hotel Malang building. This building has a total of 16 floors which includes 3 podium floors. The Grand Mercure Hotel Malang building is all the implementation of the slab work using the cast in situ method. This final project calculates the time and cost of project implementation by changing the slab implementation method to the halfslab precast method without calculating the structural analysis caused by changing the method. Time and cost calculations are carried out by compiling work items, calculating work volume, calculating productivity and calculating duration so that the total time and cost of project implementation are obtained. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the duration of the work on the Grand Mercure Hotel Malang project structure using the halfslab precast method on floors 5-16 can be completed in 117 working days. Assuming that Sundays are off and normal working hours, without overtime is 8 hours per day and the implementation cost is Rp17,422,449,844 which consists of material costs, wage costs and equipment rental costs.
