Abstract

Beton memadat mandiri (self compacting concrete, SCC) adalah beton yang mampu mengalir sendiri yang dapat dicetak pada bekisting dengan tingkat penggunaan alat pemadat yang sangat sedikit atau bahkan tidak dipadatkan sama sekali. Beton ini,memanfaatkan pengaturan ukuran agregat, proporsi agregat dan admixture superplastiziser untuk mencapai kekentalan khusus yang memungkinkannya mengalir sendiri tanpa bantuan alat pemadat. Beton mutu tinggi mensyaratkan nilai faktor air semen (f.a.s) yang rendah. Namun, dengan f.a.s yang rendah workability menjadi turun. Hal ini dapat diantisipasi dengan menggunakan admixture yang dapat meningkatkan workability adukan beton seperti superplasticizer. oleh karena itu penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menciptakan prototipe dengan mensubtitusikan zat-tambah berupa superplasticizer ke dalam campuran beton dengan mutu rencana fc’= 60 MPa untuk mendapatkan nilai hasil dari, Slump flow, V-funnel, L-box, dan kuat tekan untuk mendapat hasil yang paling optimum.
Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahap. Tahap pertama adalah uji persyaratan agregat halus dan kasar. Selanjutnya pada tahap kedua dilakukan perhitungan mix design. Pada tahap ketiga dilakukan pembuatan SCC dengan melakukan Slump flow test, V-funnel test, L-box test, dan uji kuat tekan. Untuk memenuhi kriteria beton mutu tinggi serta kriteria beton SCC yaitu filling ability, flow ability, passing ability, dan segregation resistance.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan beton yang memenuhi kriteria SCC dengan benda uji HSSCC-11. Kadar semen ditetapkan 550 kg/m3 dengan f.a.s 0,33. SP yang digunakan adalah Polyerta 50, sebesar 0,7%. Hasil uji Slumpflow untuk filling ability sebesar 650 mm, V-funnel T0menit untuk flow ability adalah 8 detik, V-funnel T5menit untuk segregation resistance sebesar 12 detik, dan passing ratio untuk passing ability sebesar 0,82. Hasil kuat tekan hanya mencapai 24,77 MPa pada umur 28 hari. Beton belum bisa dikatakan beton SCC mutu tinggi karena nilai kuat tekan masih dibawah 41,2 MPa.

In the era of globalization, the development process has developed very rapidly as well as the need for new investment materials is very demanding with the aim of making it easier for workers in the implementation process. Concrete is a construction material that cannot be separated from modern social life. Self-compacting concrete with a fairly high slump. called Self Compacting Concrete (SCC). Self-compacting concrete (SCC) is self-compacting concrete that can be cast into formwork with very little or no compacting rate. This concrete, utilizes the aggregate size setting, aggregate portion and admixture superplastiziser van to achieve a special thickness that allows it to flow independently without the aid of a compactor. High quality concrete requires a low cement water factor (f.a.s). However, with low f.a.s workability drops. This can be anticipated by using an admixture that can increase the agility of the concrete mix, such as a superplasticizer. Therefore this research is intended to create a prototype by substituting an additive in the form of a superplasticizer into a concrete mixture with quality fc’ = 60 MPa to obtain the yield value of Slump flow, V-funnel, L-box, and compressive strength. to get the most optimum results.
This research was conducted in three stages. The first stage is to test the fine and coarse aggregate requirements. Furthermore, in the second stage, it is done by calculating the mix design. In the third stage, SCC was made by performing a Slump flow test, V-funnel test, L-box test, and compressive strength test. To meet the criteria for high quality concrete and SCC concrete criteria, namely filling ability, flow ability, passing ability, and segregation resistance.
This research produces concrete that meets the SCC criteria with the test object HSSCC-11. The cement content was set at 550 kg/m3 with w/c 0.33. The SP used is Polyerta 50, of 0,7%. Slumpflow test results for filling ability of 650 mm, V-funnel T0minutes for flow ability is 8 seconds, v-funnel T5minutes for segregation resistance of 12 seconds, and passing ratio for passing ability is 0.82. The results of the compressive strength only reached 24,77 MPa at the age of 28 days. Concrete cannot be said to be high quality SCC because the compressive strength value is still below 41.2 MPa.
