Abstract

Self-Compacting Concrete atau yang umum disingkat dengan istilah SCC adalah beton segar yang sangat plastis dan mudah mengalir karena berat sendirinya mengisi keseluruh cetakan yang dikarenakan beton tersebut memiliki sifat-sifat untuk memadatkan sendiri tanpa adanya bantuan alat penggetar untuk pemadatan. Beton SCC yang baik harus tetap homogen, kohesif, tidak terjadi segregasi, blocking, dan bleeding. Self-Compacting Concrete diharapkan dapat menjadi suatu invoasi yang umum digunakan di Indonesia karena dapat memilinimalisir human error dan juga dapat memudahkan para pelaksana di lapangan dalam mengatasi pengecoran struktur bangun yang memiliki desain yang cukup rumit dan sulit dikerjakan oleh tenaga pekerja manusia.
Metode yang digunakan yaitu Do of Experimental (DoE) atau trial and error di laboratorium. Pembuatan benda uji menggunakan cetakan berukuran 10 x 20 cm untuk dilakukan uji kuat tekan pada umur 7 dan 28 hari. Pengujian slump flow, v-funnel, dan l-box hanya menggunakan beton segar. Superplasticizer menggunakan 4 merk yang berbeda yaitu, Sika 3115 N, Sikament LN, Consol SS 74 N, dan Polyerta 50 dengan rentang dosis yang digunakan yaitu berkisar 0,5% sampai dengan 1,5% dari berat semen. Sehingga didapatkan komposisi semen 550 kg/m³, air 170,50 kg/m³, pasir 844,16 kg/m³, kerikil ukuran 0,5 cm sebesar 540,78 kg/m³, dan kerikil ukuran 1 cm sebesar 357,88 kg/m³.
Hasilnya, kuat tekan rata-rata 3 silinder 10 x 20 cm beton self-compacting concrete usia 28 hari adalah 42,16 MPa. Nilai slump flow sebesar 755 mm. Uji v-funnel dan l-box tidak mengalir dikarenakan setting time beton yang cukup cepat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beton self-compacting concrete yang belum memenuhi target. Penyebabnya antara lain, kondisi agregat kurang diperhatikan, tidak dilakukan pengujian kadar air setelah mixing. Pengujian slump flow, v-funnel, dan l-box dilakukan secara seri dalam waktu yang bersamaan, serta metode pelaksanaan yang berubah-ubah, sehingga hal-hal tersebut memungkinkan terjadinya perbedaan perlakukan pada beton dimana kondisi beton sangat dipengaruhi oleh cuaca, suhu dan kelembaban pada saat pelaksanaan pembuatan.

Self-Compacting Concrete or commonly abbreviated as SCC is fresh concrete which is very plastic and easy to flow because its own weight fills the entire mold because the concrete has the properties to compact itself without the aid of a vibrator for compaction. A good SCC concrete must remain homogeneous, cohesive, without segregation, blocking, and bleeding. Self-Compacting Concrete is expected to be an investment commonly used in Indonesia because it can minimize human error and can also make it easier for practitioners in the field to overcome casting structures that have a fairly complex design and are difficult for human workers to do.
The method used is Do of Experimental (DoE) or trial and error in the laboratory. The specimens were made using a mold measuring 10 x 20 cm to be tested for compressive strength at the age of 7 and 28 days. Slump flow, v-funnel, and l-box tests only use fresh concrete. The superplasticizer uses 4 different brands, Sika 3115 N, Sikament LN, Consol SS 74 N, and Polyerta 50 with the dosage range used ranging from 0,5% to 1,5% of the cement weight. So that the composition of cement is 550 kg/m, water 170.50 kg/m, sand 844.16 kg/m, gravel 0.5 cm at 540.78 kg/m, and gravel 1 cm at 357.88 kg/m³.
As a result, the average compressive strength of 3 cylinders 10 x 20 cm of self-compacting concrete aged 28 days is 42.16 MPa. The slump flow value is 755 mm. The v-funnel and l-box tests did not flow due to the fast-setting time of the concrete. This research produces self-compacting concrete that has not met the target. The reasons are, among others, the condition of the aggregate is not paid attention to, the water content test is not carried out after mixing. Slump flow, v-funnel, and l-box tests are carried out in series at the same time, and the implementation method varies, so that these things allow for different treatment of concrete where concrete conditions are strongly influenced by weather, temperature and humidity. at the time of manufacture.
