Abstract

Sistem ganda yaitu gabungan dengan srpmk dan dinding geser khusus merupakan salah satu sistem struktur yang dianjurkan di SNI 1726 2019 untuk daerah rawan gempa. Dimana bangunan harus bersifat daktail Ketika terjadinya gempa kuat, maka oleh karena itu membutuh syarat khusus pada balok, kolom , hubungan balok kolom dan dinding geser. Sering berkembangnya tekonolgi konstruksi, pracetak merupakan metode alternatif agar mempercepat pelaksanaan, juga kontrol kualitas yang baik dikarenakan beton yang proses fabrikasinya dilakukan disuatu tempat khusus dan selanjutnya dipasang di lokasi proyek . Asrama mahasiswa unair merupakan bangunan dengan 11 lantai .Karena denahnya bersfikat tipikal maka sangat cocok diterapkan menggunakan metode pracetak. Dalam perencanaan struktur pracetak menggunakan sambungan Dapped end untuk balok anak ke balok induk , sedangkan sambungan konsol yang di cor insitu untuk sambungan balok induk ke kolom sehingga didapatkan ukuran dimensi pelat 15cm dan balok induk 50/70 , balok anak 30/50 dan 25/45 , kolom 70/90. Dengan program bantu BIM untuk menghtiung volume pekerjaan maka didapatkan rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp7.665.720.000 terbilang tujuh milyar enam ratus enam puluh lima juta tujuh ratus dua puluh ribu rupiah. ================================================================================================== The dual system, which is a combination of SMF and shear walls, is one of the structural systems recommended in SNI 1726 2019 for the earthquake-prone areas, where the building must be ductile when a strong earthquake occurs. Therefore, a building requires special requirements on beams, columns, beam-column relationships, and shear walls. Along with the development of construction technology, precast is an alternative method to speed up the execution, and good quality controller because of the concrete which the fabrication process is carried out in a particular location, and subsequently installed at the project site. Unair student apartment is a building with twelve floors. Because of the typical floor plan, it is very suitable to apply the precast method. In planning the precast structure, the Dapped End connection is used for the sub-beam to the main beam, while the console connection of the main-beam to the column is cast in situ. Thus, the dimension of the slab is 15 cm, the main beam is 50/70, the beam is 30/50 and 25. /45, and column 70/90. According to the BIM program for calculating the volume of work, a budget plan of Rp Rp7.665.720.000 or seven billion six hundred sixty five million seven hundred twenty thousand rupiahs is obtained.
