Abstract

Sintesis perovskit LSCF 6428 dan BSCF 6428 dengan metode sol-gel, dan aplikasinya pada adsorpsi zat warna methylene blue (MB) dan methyl orange (MO) telah dilakukan. Perovskit LSCF 6428 dan BSCF 6428 dikarakterisasi dengan difraksi sinar-X, serta adsorpsi zat warna MB untuk mengetahui luas area spesifiknya. Hasil karakterisasi menunjukkan bahwa perovskit LSCF 6428 dan BSCF 6428 hasil sintesis, struktur LSCF 6428 terdapat puncak SrCO3 dan La2O2CO3, dan struktur perovskit BSCF terdapat puncak BaCO3 dan SrFe2O4. Perovskit LSCF 6428 dan BSCF 6428 masing-masing memiliki luas area spesifik 486 m2/g dan 222 m2/g. Perovskit BSCF 6428 memiliki kemampuan adsorpsi zat warna MO yang lebih baik dari perovskit LSCF 6428, sedangkan untuk zat warna MB berlaku kebalikannya. Baik dengan zat warna MB maupun MO, keduanya mengikuti model kinetika adsorpsi orde dua semu. ==================================================================================================== Synthesis of perovskite LSCF 6428 and BSCF 6428 using the sol-gel method, and their application to the adsorption of dyes methylene blue (MB) and methyl orange (MO) dyes have been carried out. Perovskites LSCF 6428 and BSCF 6428 were characterized by X-ray diffraction, and MB dye adsorption to measure the specific surface area. The characterization results showed that the LSCF 6428 and BSCF 6428 perovskites were synthesized, the LSCF 6428 structure contained SrCO3 and La2O2CO3 peaks, and the BSCF perovskite structure contained BaCO3 and SrFe2O4 peaks. Pervoskites LSCF 6428 and BSCF 6428 have a specific surface area of 486 m2/g and of 222 m2/g, respectively. Perovskite BSCF 6428 has dye adsorption ability for MO better than perovskite LSCF 6428 perovskite, while for MB the opposite applies. Both dyes follow a pseudo second-order adsorption kinetics, respectively.
