Abstract

Mahalnya harga pakan untuk hewan disebabkan oleh mahalnya bahan baku yang masih impor. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya mencari metode lain agar pakan untuk hewan bisa lebih ekonomis, yaitu dengan cara mengganti bahan baku impor dengan bahan baku yang bisa didapat dengan mudah dengan kandungan yang sama tidak mengurangi kualitas dari pertumbuhan dari hewan. Maggot BSF adalah pengganti bahan baku yang tepat sebagai sumber protein. protein adalah komponen pakan paling mahal dibandingkan dengan yang lainnya. Untuk memecahkan permasalahan mengenai pakan hewan maka didapatkan solusi untuk mengimplementasikan prototipe Sistem Kontrol Temperature Pada Proses Produksi Dry Food. Pada alat ini menggunakan sensor DHT 22 yang digunakan untuk memonitoring suhu dan kelembaban. Dengan adanya alat ini, diharapkan pakan untuk hewan lebih ekonomis . Hasil uji pengeringan pakan dry food dengan tempertaur 50℃ selama 60 menit mampu mengeringkan sampai 9,0024 % . Sedangkan pada waktu pengeringan 90 menit mampu mengeringkan sampai 13,381%.

The high price of feed for animals is caused by the high cost of imported raw materials. Therefore, it is necessary to find other methods so that feed for animals can be more economical, namely by replacing imported raw materials with raw materials that can be obtained easily with the same content without reducing the quality of the growth of the animals. Maggot BSF is an appropriate substitute for raw materials as a protein source. protein is the most expensive component of feed compared to others. To solve the problem regarding animal feed, a solution was found to implement a prototype Temperature Control System in the Dry Food Production Process. This tool uses a DHT 22 sensor which is used to monitor temperature and humidity. With this tool, it is hoped that feed for animals is more economical. The results of the drying test of dry food feed with a temperature of 50℃ for 60 minutes were able to dry up to 9.0024%. While the drying time of 90 minutes was able to dry up to 13.381%.
