Abstract

The boboh bridge (KLBM 2 STA 18+970-19+336) is one part of the krian-legundi-bunder-manyar toll road that crosses the boboh highway at STA 18+970-19+076 and is built continuously over the rice fields of STA 19+076-19+336. The existing condition of this bridge uses a prestressed girder structure system, has a total length of 366 meters which is divided into 8 spans and has 9 pillars of reinforced concrete structures that are cast in place. In the topic of this Final Project, the selected toll roads for the alternative object of structural design are STA 19+076 – STA 19+283. The author plans alternative design which is using a slab on pile bridge structure system. Where the structure is very suitable for the existing trace that passes through rice fields and aquaculture areas with very soft soil conditions. In terms of the implementation method, the slab on pile structure has simplicity in terms of implementation compared to the prestressed girder bridge structure. Because the structure only consists of floor slabs, pilehead beams and piles as a substitute for the role of pillars as in the construction of prestressed girder bridges. Thus, the structural work does not require concrete work on the lower structure and girder work on the upper structure.
The slab on pile structure design uses a precast halfslab system as the superstructure, Pilehead and piles as the substructure. The freestanding pile elevation varies between 8 meters to 9 meters with a span between pileheads of 6.2 meters and 6.25 meters. The structural modeling is designed according to the initial calculation of the structural components and the elevation in the modeling is taken from the highest elevation in the structure to find out how the behavior of structures that have high freestanding. In this planning, structural analysis using SAP 2000 software and design using formulas based on SNI 1725:2016 (Loading for bridges), SNI 2833:2016 (Bridge Planning Against Earthquake), SNI 8460:2016 (Geotechnical Planning), and SNI T -12-2004 (Planning of concrete structures for bridges). From the calculation of the slab on pile structure, it is found that the number of precast slabs is 10 pieces with a width of 1.25 m and a thickness of 35 cm after the composite, the dimensions of the pile head are 0.7 m x 1.4 m, the spun pile diameter of 60 cm is 10 pieces per span with a depth of 30 meters. In the calculation of the column piers, the column pier P15 with a height of 10,658 m and the column pier P21 with a height of 12,658 m, using a spun pile diameter of 60 cm with a total of 60 pieces.
