Abstract

Hotel Premier Inn merupakan salah satu hotel di Surabaya dengan luas ±1.122,75 m², tinggi 32,90 m dan memiliki 9 lantai, 1 basement dan 1 rooftop . Gedung Hotel Premier Inn Surabaya direncanakan menggunakan struktur beton bertulang dengan sistem ganda yang mengacu pada peraturan SNI 1726-2012 . Adanya pembaharuan peraturan gempa, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi kembali struktur dengan peraturan gempa SNI 1726-2019 untuk memastikan kekuatan struktur dalam memikul beban sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Evaluasi bangunan dilakukan dengan dua tahap yaitu evaluasi terhadap sistem struktur dan elemen struktur yang mengacu pada SNI 1726-2019. Hasil dari evaluasi struktur didapatkan beberapa elemen mengalami kegagalan, yaitu balok dan pelat. Balok mengalami kegagalan pada lentur dan geser sedangkan pelat mengalami kegagalan pada lentur dan kolom masih mampu memikul beban yang terjadi. Perkuatan struktur pada umumnya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sistem dan kekuatan elemen struktur agar mampu menahan beban sesuai peraturan yang berlaku. Perkuatan elemen struktur dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa metode diantaranya yaitu : Baja komposit dan Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP). Metode perkuatan pada balok lentur dan geser menggunakan baja komposit sedangkan perkuatan pada pelat menggunakan CFRP Laminate. Kata Kunci : SNI 1726-2019, Evaluasi struktur, Perkuatan elemen struktur, Baja, Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) ================================================================================================ Premier Inn Hotel is one of the hotels in Surabaya with an area of ±1,122.75 m², 32.90 m high and has 9 floors, 1 basement and 1 rooftop. Premier Inn Surabaya Hotel building is planned to use reinforced concrete structure with double system that refers to SNI regulation 1726-2012. The renewal of earthquake regulations, it is necessary to re-evaluate the structure with earthquake regulation SNI 1726-2019 to ensure the strength of the structure in carrying the burden in accordance with applicable regulations. The evaluation of the building is carried out in two stages, namely the evaluation of the structure system and structural elements that refer to SNI 1726-2019. The result of the evaluation of the structure obtained several elements failed, namely beams and plates. The beam fails in bending and shear while the plate fails on the bending and the column is still able to carry theload. Strengthening the structure in general aims to improve the system and strength of structural elements in order to be able to withstand the load in accordance with applicable regulations. Structural elements can be done by several methods, including: Composite steel and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP). The strengthening method of the bending beam and shear uses composite steel while the strengthening on the plate uses CFRP Laminate.
