Abstract

Bangunan Gedung Hotel di Surabaya dengan tinggi bangunan 39,3 m terdiri dari sembilan lantai, satu lantai atap, dan satu lantai semi basement. Bangunan yang ditinjau menggunakan Sistem Ganda (Shear wall dan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus) dan perencanaannya mengacu pada peta gempa berdasarkan SNI 1726:2012. Peraturan gempa di Indonesia mengalami pembaharuan seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, maka evaluasi perlu dilakukan pada bangunan untuk mengetahui kekuatan struktur bangunan dalam menahan beban gempa terbaru. Setelah dilakukan analisa dengan beban gempa terbaru menggunakan program bantu SAP 2000, sistem struktur pada bangunan masih dapat menahan beban yang terjadi. Sedangkan pada beberapa elemen struktur balok mengalami kegagalan geser dan lentur serta beberapa pelat lantai mengalami kegagalan pada lentur sehingga memerlukan perkuatan. Pada Tugas Akhir Terapan ini menggunakan CFRP sebagai perkuatan elemen struktur. Perkuatan pada balok yang mengalami kegagalan geser serta balok dan pelat yang mengalami kegagalan lentur akan dipasang CFRP yang diproduksi oleh SIKA. Perencanaan CFRP mengikuti peraturan yang berlaku yaitu ACI 440.2R-17 Guide for the Design and Construction of Externally Bonded FRP System for Strengthnening Concrete Structures dan akan dihitung sesuai dengan kebutuhan setiap elemen. ====================================================================================================== The Hotel Building in Surabaya is 39.3 m high, consisting of nine floors, one roof floor, and one semi-basement floor. The building used Dual System review (Shear Wall and Special Moment Bearing Frame System), and the planning refers to the earthquake map based on SNI 1726:2012. Indonesia has updated the earthquake regulations over time. Hence, an evaluation needs to be done on the building to determine the strength of the building structure to withstand the latest earthquake loads. After analyzing the latest earthquake loads using the SAP 2000 aid program, the structural system in the building can still withstand the load that occurs. Meanwhile, some structural elements of the beam experienced shear and flexural failures, and some floor slabs experienced loss in bending so that, reinforcement is required. In this Applied Final Project, structural element reinforcement use CFRP. Reinforcement on beams that experience shear failure, beams and plates that experience flexural loss will be installed with CFRP, produced by SIKA. CFRP planning follows the applicable regulations, namely ACI 440.2R-17 Guide for the Design and Construction of Externally Bonded FRP System for Strengthening Concrete Structures. It will be calculated according to the needs of each element.
