Abstract

Gedung Fakultas Perikanan dan Kelautan Universitas Airlangga terdiri dari 8 lantai dan 1 lantai atap. Gedung ini dibangun menggunakan struktur beton bertulang SRPMK yang mengacu pada peraturan SNI 1726:2012. Akibat adanya pembaharuan peraturan gempa menjadi SNI 1726:2019, struktur dilakukan evaluasi dinamik menggunakan ETABS 18. Hasilnya baik periode fundamental, gaya geser dasar maupun simpangan antar lantai tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang diizinkan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja seismik pada bangunan tersebut maka dilakukan penambahan fluid viscous damper sebagai komponen perkuatan struktur. Agar mendapatkan hasil pengaruh FVD sebagai komponen perkuatan struktur secara maksimal, dilakukan tiga kali analisis, yaitu analisa tahap 1 & 2 yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kinerja bangunan eksisting sebelum penambahan FVD dengan ianalisis berdasarkan SNI 1726:2012 dan SNI 1726:2019. Serta analisa tahap 3 yang terdiri dari analisa SRPMK+FVD dan analisa SRPMB+FVD untuk mengetahui kinerja bangunan setelah penambahan FVD. Hasil yang didapatkan setelah struktur diperkuat menggunakan FVD berdasarkan analisa tahap 3 yaitu terjadi penurunan yang signifikan baik periode fundamental struktur, gaya geser dasar, maupun simpangan antar lantai. Yaitu periode struktur mengalami penurunan sekitar 50% sebesar 1.337 detik. Adapun simpangan antar lantai yang terjadi setelah struktur ditambah FVD tidak ada simpangan yang melebihi simpangan izin. Sedangkan berdasarkan analisa gaya geser dasar, baik sebelum dipasang maupun sesudah dipasang FVD, gaya geser dasar yang terjadi kurang dari persyaratan gaya geser statik pada SNI 1726 sehingga perlu dikalikan dengan faktor skala. Akan tetapi meskipun struktur sudah diperkuat menggunakan FVD dan kinerja dinamik sudah memenuhi persyaratan, masih terdapat elemen struktur yang gagal namun jumlahnya berkurang 50% yaitu sebanyak 172 buah dibanding sebelum dipasang FVD. Elemen struktur yang gagal merupakan elemen balok yang gagal akibat geser dan torsi. Elemen balok yang gagal tersebut kemudian dilakukan perkuatan menggunakan CFRP Wrap dan memerlukan 755m’ SIKAWRAP. Untuk struktur pondasi setelah penambahan FVD terdapat beberapa pondasi yang tidak dapat memikul beban yang terjadi. ======================================================================================================= The Faculty of Fisheries and Maritime, Universitas Airlangga, consists of 8 floors and 1 roof floor. This building was built using Special Moment Resisting Frame which refers to SNI 1726:2012. Due to the renewal of the earthquake regulation to SNI 1726: 2019, the structure was carried out dynamic evaluation by using ETABS 18. The result was that both the fundamental period, the base shear force and the floor’s deflection did not meet the permitted requirements. To improve the seismic performance of the building, a fluid viscous damper was added as a structural strengthening component. In order to obtain the maximum effect of FVD as a structural strengthening component, 3 analyzes were carried out, the analysis of stages 1 & 2 which were used to determine the performance of the existing building before the addition of FVD by analyzing based on SNI 1726:2012 and SNI 1726:2019. And stage 3 analysis which consists of SRPMK + FVD analysis and SRPMB + FVD analysis to determine the performance of the building after the addition of FVD. The results are after the structure was strengthened using FVD based on stage 3 analysis, there was a significant decrease in both the fundamental period of the structure, the base shear force, and the floors deflection.. The period of the structure has decreased by about 50% in 1.337 seconds. There is no floor that exceeds the allowable floors deviation. Meanwhile, based on the analysis of the basic shear force, both before and after the FVD was installed, the basic shear force is less than the static shear requirement in SNI 1726 so it needs to be multiplied by a scale factor. However, even though the structure has been strengthened using FVD and the dynamic performance has met the requirements, there are still structural elements that fail but its reduced by 50%, around 172 pieces. Structural elements that fail are beam elements that fail due to xii shear and torsion. The failed beam elements were then reinforced using CFRP Wrap and required 755m' SIKAWRAP. For the foundation structure after the addition of FVD there are several foundations that cannot exceed the load.
