Abstract

Sektor industri merupakan sektor menurut lapangan usaha dengan kontribusi terbesar untuk struktur PDB selama triwulan II 2020. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa beroperasinya sektor industri mampu menjaga stabilitas ekonomi. Salah satu perusahaan industri di Indonesia adalah PT Asahimas Falt Glass Tbk yang bergerak dalam industri manufaktur kaca lembaran eksterior. Teknik pembuatan kaca di PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk menggunakan proses floating dimana leburan kaca dialirkan diatas kolam timah yang menyebabkan ketebalan pada setiap lembar kaca yang dihasilkan tidak sama pada empat titik pengukuran. Kaca yang paling rentan terhadap keretakan adalah kaca jenis panasap dark grey 5mm. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan peta kendali neutrosophic untuk mengatasi data dengan nilai tidak pasti. Pada penelitian ini digunakan peta kendali S2N Neutrosophic Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (NEWMA) dan Neutrosophic Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (NEWMA) Xbar. Kedua peta kendali tersebut membutuhkan dua pembobot dalam perhitungan. Pembobot λN digunakan untuk menentukan bagimana nilai pengamatan sebelumnya mempengaruhi nilai yang akan didapat, sedangkan kN digunakan untuk menentukan lebar dari batas kendali. Pembobot optimum yang didapat pada masing-masing peta kendali secara berurutan adalah λN∈[0,10;0,10] dan kN∈[2,58;2,65] serta λN∈[0,10;0,10] dan kN∈[2,565;2,675] dimana variansi dan rata-rata proses belum terkendali secara statistik.

The industrial sector is the sector by business with the largest contribution to the GDP structure during the second quarter of 2020. This shows that the operation of the industrial sector is able to maintain economic stability. One of the industrial companies in Indonesia is PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk which is engaged in the exterior sheet glass manufacturing industry. The glass making technique at PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk uses a floating process where melted glass is flowed over a tin pool which causes the thickness of each sheet of glass to be different at four measurement points. The glass that is most susceptible to cracking is the panasap dark grey 5mm. Therefore, a neutrosophic control chart is needed to handel data with uncertain values. In this research, the control chart is used is S2N Neutrosophic Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (NEWMA) and Neutrosophic Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (NEWMA) Xbar. Both control chart require two weights in the calculation. The weighting λN is used to determine how the value to be obtained, while kN is used to determine the width of the control limit. The optimum weighting values obtained on each control chart sequentially are λN∈[0,10;0,10] and kN∈[2,58;2,65] also λN∈[0,10;0,10] and kN∈[2,565;2,675] where the variance and average prosess has not been controlled statistically.
