Abstract

Penggunaan sistem kontrol motor pada 3D Printing pada umumnya hanya
diaplikasikan ke 3D Printing dengan output material selain material yang
digunakan untuk fabrikasi di bidang konstruksi seperti mortar. Pengunaan metode
fuzzy logic control (FLC) digunakan apabila memiliki variabel perubahan beban
state 0.356%. maksimum overshoot 4.737%, rise time 0.190 s, dan settling time
0.023 s. Pada pengujian didapatkan nilai kecepatan putar pada setiap kondisi mortar
dengan kandungan air 20%, 30% dan 40%. Didapatkan kecepatan motor 343,6 -
434,67 rpm terhadap kondisi mortar kandungan air 20%, kecepatan motor 181.62 -
331.91 rpm pada kondisi mortar kandungan air 30%, dan kecepatan 161.23 - 231.63
rpm pada kondisi mortar kandungan air 40%.

The motor control system in 3D Printing is generally only applied to 3D Printing
with the output of materials other than materials used for fabrication in the
construction sector such as mortar or concrete.. Fuzzy logic control (FLC) method
is used if it has an uncertain load change variable such as mortar moisture. In this
final project,, a motor control system for a screw pump 3D Printing is designed so
that it can printed output conditions of mortar. The simulation results of the DC
motor control system with FLC are steady state error 0.546%, maximum overshoot
4.737%, rise time 0.190 s, and settling time 0.023 s. The experiment of the speed
motor for each condition mortar with water content of 20%, 30% and 40%. When
the mortar is moist then the motor speed is reduced. The motor speed 343.6 - 434.67
rpm of 20% moisture content mortar, 181.62 - 331.91 rpm of30% moisture content
mortar, and the speed 161.23 - 231.63 rpm of 40% moisture content mortar.
