Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 masih menjadi ancaman bagi seluruh negara tidak terkecuali Indonesia. Kasus penyebaran Covid-19 yang menarik perhatian khususnya di dunia perkapalan yaitu kasus Covid-19 yang terjadi di Kapal Pesiar Diamond Princess. Kapal tersebut membawa 3711 orang terdiri dari 2666 penumpang dan 1045 kru saat ditemukannya kasus Covid-19. Dalam kasus Covid-19 di kapal pesiar Diamond Princess, sebuah penelitian menunjukkan selain jalur transmisi utama (orang ke orang), jalur lain seperti transmisi aerosol melalui suplai udara sentral atau sistem drainase seharusnya tidak diabaikan. Berdasarkan Panduan Menghadapi Pandemi Covid-19 di Laut (2020) yang dikeluarkan oleh Satgas Covid-19 dan Bakamla Indonesia. Kapal harus memiliki ruangan khusus yang dapat digunakan sebagai tempat isolasi PDP. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan desain ruang isolasi beserta sistem ventilasi dan pengaturan udaranya untuk penerapan di atas kapal, mengetahui kesesuaian aliran udara pada sistem ventilasi dan pengaturan udara dalam ruang isolasi dengan standard dan ketentuan yang berlaku dan mengetahui cost expenditure untuk sistem dan ruang isolasi yang dirancang. Penelitian dilakukan secara matematis dengan teori dan rumus yang sesuai. Ruang isolasi yang dirancang terdiri dari ruang perawatan yang memiliki 3 tempat tidur, toilet dan juga anteroom. Di anteroom terdapat lemari sebagai tempat penyimpanan APD petugas dan juga fasilitas cuci tangan. Ruang isolasi secara keseluruhan berukuran secara berurutan panjang lebar dan tingginya yaitu 7,85 m, 3,75 m dan 2,77 m dengan ruang anteroom panjang 3 m, lebar 1,85 m dan tinggi 2,77 m dan toilet panjang 1,25 m, lebar 1,85 m dan tinggi 2,77 m. Suhu ruang isolasi adalah 23,460C. Pada perancangan yang telah dibuat, didapatkan kelembaban ruang isolasi adalah RH 51%. Ruang isolasi akan ditambahkan dengan humidifier untuk meningkatkan nilai RH di ruangan tersebut. Berdasarkan analisa tekanan, nilai tekanan pada ruangan isolasi adalah – 24,50 Pa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tekanan di dalam ruang isolasi lebih rendah dari tekanan pada ruangan disekelilingnya sehingga udara akan selalu bergerak menuju ruang isolasi. Total cost expenditure pada perancangan ini jika diaplikasikan dalam waktu 10 tahun adalah Rp 3.889.931.472.

The Covid-19 pandemic is still a threat to all countries, including Indonesia. The case of the spread of Covid-19 that attracted attention, especially in the shipping industry, was the Covid-19 case that occurred on the Diamond Princess Cruise Ship. The ship was carrying 3711 people consisting of 2666 passengers and 1045 crew when the Covid-19 case was discovered. In the case of Covid-19 on the Diamond Princess cruise ship, a study showed that apart from the main (person-to-person) transmission line, other routes such as aerosol transmission via a central air supply or drainage system should not be neglected. Based on the Guidelines for Facing the Covid-19 Pandemic at Sea (2020) issued by the Covid-19 Task Force and Bakamla Indonesia, the ship must have a special room that can be used as a PDP isolation place. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of obtaining the design of the isolation room and its ventilation and air conditioning system for application on board ships, knowing the suitability of air flow in the ventilation system and air conditioning in the isolation room with applicable standards and knowing the cost expenditure for designed isolation room and system. The research was carried out mathematically with appropriate theories and formulas. The isolation room designed consists of a treatment room which has 3 beds, a toilet and an anteroom. In the anteroom there is a cupboard as a place to store PPE for officers and also hand washing facilities. The overall isolation room measures 7,85 m, 3,75 m and 2,77 m in length, width and height respectively, with an anteroom of 3 m long, 1,85 m wide and 2,77 m high and a toilet 1,25 m long. m, 1,85 m wide and 2,77 m high. The temperature of the isolation room is 23,460C. In the design that has been made, the humidity in the isolation room is 51% RH. The isolation room will be added with a humidifier to increase the RH value in the room. Based on the pressure analysis, the pressure value in the isolation room is –24.50 Pa. This shows that the pressure inside the isolation room is lower than the pressure in the surrounding room so that air will always move towards the isolation room. The total cost expenditure in this design if this design will be applicated within 10 years is IDR 3.889.931.472.
