Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini kami mengembangkan model deteksi
glaukoma dengan Metode deep learning menggunakan CNN dan
dataset LAG(Large Attention Glaucoma)-Database yang merupakan dataset glaukoma berisikan total 4.854 citra fundus mata. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model deteksi glaukoma pada citra fundus mata, dengan harapan mempunyai akurasi tinggi dan dapat membantu dokter juga tenaga medis menghasilkan analisis dan diagnosa yang akurat dan cepat. Glaukoma adalah penyakit kelainan pada mata dimana siklus cairan bola mata (aquos humor) tidak seimbang menyebabkan tekanan pada bola mata meningkat sehingga terjadi penekanan papil saraf optik. Jika siklus ini terus terjadi, kerusakan saraf mata tidak dapat dihindari dan menyebabkan penurunan penglihatan irreversible (tidak dapat kembali seperti semula) yang dapat menuju kebutaan. Penderita dini glaukoma pada umumnya tidak memiliki gejala atau tanda-tanda. Sehingga deteksi dan pengobatan dini glaukoma sangat penting untuk menghindari kebutaan

In this research, we developed a glaucoma detection model
using the deep learning method using CNN and the LAG(Large Attention Glaucoma)-Database dataset, which is a glaucoma dataset containing a total of 4,854 eye fundus images. The result of this research is a glaucoma detection model on eye fundus images, with the hope that it has high accuracy and can help doctors and medical personnel to produce accurate and fast analyzes and diagnoses. Glaucoma is a disorder of the eye in which the fluid cycle of the eyebal l (aqueous humor) is not balanced causing pressure in the eyebal l to increase resulting in compression of the optic nerve papillae. If this cycle continues, damage to the optic nerve is unavoidable and causes irreversible decreased vision which can lead to blindness. Early sufferers of glaucoma generally have no symptoms or signs. So early detection and treatment of glaucoma is very important to avoid blindness
