Abstract

Rencana pemindahan lokasi Ibukota Negara Indonesia dari Jakarta ke Kabupaten Panajam, Kalimantan Timur memerlukan banyak persiapan. Ketika rencana ini terealisasikan, akan ada migrasi penduduk yang cukup besar dari Pulau Jawa ke Pulau Kalimantan. Menurut Kepala Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Kaltim kemungkinan penduduk di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur akan bertambah sebanyak 1.5 juta jiwa. Penambahan itu diprediksi juga akan berimbas pada meningkatnya jumlah konsumsi daging sapi sekitar 50%. Dengan kondisi seperti itu, perlu adanya penambahan distribusi daging sapi ke Provinsi Kalimantan Timur untuk memenuhi peningkatan konsumsi daging sapi di daerah tersebut. Namun desain kapal pengangkut ternak yang ada sekarang memakan biaya untuk perjalanan balik kapal akan sangat tinggi karena kapal tidak bisa membawa muatan selain ternak sapi. Oleh karena itu pembuatan desain kapal pengangkut sapi dan log carrier diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk mengurangi biaya pengiriman yang mahal akibat muatan balik yang kosong. Pada Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan desain desain kapal pengangkut sapi dan log carrier dengan payload yang didapatkan dari analisa suplai dan permintaan untuk daging sapi dan kayu gelondong. Kemudian mencari ukuran utama dengan menggunakan metode geosim. Selanjutnya, menghitung analisa teknis berupa hambatan, kapasitas mesin, berat dan titik berat total, trim, freeboard dan stabilitas. Tahap selanjutnya adalah mengambar rencana garis, rencana umum dan 3D kapal. Tahap terakhir adalah analisa ekonomis. Didapatkan ukuran utama kapal adalah Lpp : 82.6 m, LoA : 87.5 m, Lebar : 13.2m, tinggi : 6.6 m, sarat : 4.4 m, displasemen : 3691 ton. Hambatan total : 87,781 kN dan kapasitas mesin : 1280 kW. Perhitungan trim, freeboard dan stabilitas telah memenuhi persyaratan. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembangunan kapal ini adalah Rp54,982,533,444,- dengan biaya operasionalnya sebesar Rp 22,155,799,866. sedangkan pendapatan pertahun adalah Rp 34,862,428,065. Dengan Payback dari kapal adalah 10 tahun, 1 bulan dan 6 hari. ===================================================================================================== The plan to move the location of the capital city of Indonesia from Jakarta to Panajam Regency, East Kalimantan requires a lot of preparation. According to the Head of the Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Office of East Kalimantan, it is likely that the population in East Kalimantan Province will increase by 1.5 million people. The addition is also predicted to have an impact on increasing the amount of beef consumption by around 50%. With such conditions, it is necessary to increase the distribution of beef to the province of East Kalimantan to meet the increased consumption of beef in the area. However, the current design of cattle carriers costs a very high return trip because the ships cannot carry cargo other than cattle. Therefore, the design of cattle carriers and log carriers is expected to be a solution to reduce expensive shipping costs due to empty return loads. In this final project, the design of livestock carriers and log carriers is carried out with payloads obtained from supply and demand analysis for beef and logs. Then find the main size using the geosim method. Next, calculate technical analysis in the form of resistance, engine capacity, total weight and center of gravity, trim, freeboard, and stability. The next stage is to draw a linesplan, general arrangement, and 3D ship model. The last stage is economic analysis. The main dimensions of the ship are Lpp: 82.6 m, LoA: 87.5 m, Width: 13.2m, height: 6.6 m, draft: 4.4 m, displacement: 3691 tons. Total resistance: 87,781 kN and engine capacity: 1280 kW. The trim, freeboard, and stability calculations have met the requirements. The development cost requires a budget of Rp 54,982,533,444. The operational cost is Rp. 22,155,799,866. The annual income is IDR 34,862,428,065 with a payback of 10 years, 1 months, and 6 days.
