Abstract

Pabrik kami merupakan salah satu perusahaan pupuk terbesar di Indonesia yang berlokasi di Gresik, Jawa Timur. Untuk menunjang produksi, secara keseluruhan pabrik kami terbagi menjadi tiga pabrik, yakni Pabrik 1 memproduksi amoniak, urea dan ZA, Pabrik 2 memproduksi pupuk fosfat dan phonska serta Pabrik 3 yang memproduksi kalium sulfat, asam sulfat dan asam fosfat. Produksi urea di Pabrik 1 memiliki kapasitas sebesar 1400 ton/hari Proses produksi urea di Pabrik 1 menggunakan Advanced Cost and Energy Saving (ACES) Prosess yang dikembangkan oleh Toyo Engineering Corporation (TEC). Pembuatan urea terdiri atas 6 unit yang terbagi atas Unit Sintesa, Unit Purifikasi, Unit Recovery, Unit Konsentrasi, Unit Prilling, dan Unit ProcessCondensate Treatment (PCT). Unit sintesa di dukung oleh 3 buah alat heat exchanger antara lain yaitu HP Carbamate Condenser (EA 101/EA 102) dan ammonia preheater (EA 141) yang bertujuan untuk menghasilka sistem operasi yang lebih fleksibel. Dalam penggunaannya heater EA 141 memanfaatkan panas yang berasal dari condenser untuk meningkatkan suhu pada aliran masuk NH3 yang sebelumnya memiliki suhu 35,13 oC dan setelah melalui heater EA 141 suhu aliran tersebut meningkat menjadi 75,31 oC dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Aspen Hysys V.10 kita dapat mengetahui bahwa energy yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan suhu tersebut seberapa besar. Setelah menganalisa aliran umpan dari NH3, Aliran Steam dan data desain dari Heat Exchanger tersebut, lalu dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Aspen Hysys V.10 dapat diketahui bahwa nilai Overall heat transfer coefficient ( U ) Pada Aspen Hysys Sebesar 899.6 Kj/Hm2c. Semakin tinggi nilai UA dari Simulasi HE Aspen HYSYS maka mempengaruhi juga nilai Dari U dengan persamaan y = 0.011x + 1E-09. Dengan diketahui dua nilai tersebut yaitu satu menerima panas dan satunya melepaskan panas, sehingga 2 pengaruh tersebut bisa lebih optimal, dan energi yang dibutuhkan lebih sedikit 60% dari energi yang digunakan sebelum dilakukan optimasi.

Our factory is one of the largest fertilizer companies in Indonesia, located in Gresik, East Java. To support production, our overall factory is divided into three factories, namely Factory 1 which produces ammonia, urea and ZA, Factory 2 produces phosphate fertilizer and phonska and Factory 3 produces potassium sulfate, sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. Urea production in Factory 1 has a capacity of 1400 tons/day. The urea production process in Factory 1 uses the Advanced Cost and Energy Saving (ACES) Process developed by Toyo Engineering Corporation (TEC). Urea manufacture consists of 6 units which are divided into Synthesis Unit, Purification Unit, Recovery Unit, Concentration Unit, Prilling Unit, and Process Condensate Treatment (PCT) Unit. The synthesis unit is supported by 3 heat exchangers, namely HP Carbamate Condenser (EA 101/EA 102) and ammonia preheater (EA 141) which aims to produce a more flexible operating system. In its use, the EA 141 heater utilizes heat from the condenser to increase the temperature of the NH3 inlet which previously had a temperature of 35.13 oC and after going through the EA 141 heater the flow temperature increased to 75.31 oC by utilizing our Aspen Hysys V.10 application. can find out how much energy is used to increase the temperature. After analyzing the feed flow from NH3, Steam Flow and design data from the Heat Exchanger, then by utilizing the Aspen Hysys V.10 application, it can be seen that the Overall heat transfer coefficient (U) in Aspen Hysys is 899.6 Kj/Hm2c. The higher the value of UA from the Aspen HYSYS HE Simulation, the higher the value of U with the equation y = 0.011x + 1E-09. By knowing these two values, one receives heat and the other releases heat, so these 2 effects can be more optimal, and the energy required is 60% less than the energy used before optimization.
