Mesin pelebur sampah plastik memerlukan sensor temperatur, pemanas, dan pengendali temperatur. Pengendali temperatur yang dipakai pada mesin ini menggunakan modul PID Controller REX-C100. Modul ini memiliki beberapa kelemahan diantaranya display yang terlalu kecil, tombol input yang terbatas, hanya dapat menerima satu sensor dalam satu modul dan hanya dapat mengatur satu relay. Pada proyek akhir ini mengusulkan pembuatan pengendali temperatur menggantikan PID Controller REX-C100 untuk mengoptimalkan mesin pelebur sampah plastik. Pengendali temperature dibuat dengan display yang menarik, tombol input yang lebih banyak, dapat menerima lebih dari satu sensor dan mengatur lebih dari satu relay dalam satu modul. Hasil alat yang dibuat sudah bekerja secara fungsional. Sensor termokopel dapat membaca temperatur pemanas dengan kesalahan pembacaan 3.64%. Pengendali temperature menggunakan metode PI memerlukan waktu 1167 detik untuk mencapai set point senilai 200℃ dengan overshoot sebesar 5%. Pengendali temperatur menggunakan metode PI memiliki kinerja paling baik daripada tanpa metode atau menggunakan metode P. Menambahkan metode PI sudah mencukupi untuk mengendalikan temperatur sehingga tidak perlu menambahkan komponen derivative pada kendali temperature ini =================================================================================================== The Sombo Rusunawa Complex is the answer from the Surabaya city government to densely populated areas problem around Jl Sombo. In that area, there are several Rusunawa (flats for rent) built since 1989. Sombo Flat Block E was rebuilt with six floors and flat roofs. In this densely populated area, the land for residence is limited. To answer this problem, the researcher chooses to add two more floors to be eight floors and a flat roof which aims to add to the existing units and decrease the slum settlements around Sombo Flat Block E. From the answer to this problem, the load supported by the structure also increases, so a structural analysis is needed to find out whether the building is strong enough to withstand the additional floor load. This structural analysis uses several regulations, which are SNI 2847-2019 regarding structured concrete requirements for buildings and explanations, SNI 1727-2020 regarding requirements for structural concrete for buildings and explanations, and SNI 1726-2019 regarding procedures for planning earthquake resistance for building and nonbuilding structures. The use of these latest regulations is to know whether the construction can hold the recent load set. The CFRP Reinforcement is planned in this case. CFRP is selected because its implementation in the field is more convenient and does not need to dismantle the existing structure for the installation. The CRFP used is the production of SIKA. This retrofitting plan is based on the ACI regulation 440.2R-17 “Guide for the Design and Construction of Externally Bonded FRP Systems for Strengthening Concrete Structures”
