Abstract

Angka kelahiran Gen Alpha cukup tinggi yaitu 2.5 juta tiap minggunya, dimana mereka akan tumbuh menjadi generasi unggul yang akrab dengan teknologi. Terhitung 25% anak-anak di seluruh dunia mempunyai gadget sebelum genap 8 tahun, yang menimbulkan beberapa dampak diantaranya tidak lepas dari gadget dan menginginkan hal-hal yang instan. Dampak psikologis yang diterima anak antara lain kurang bersosialisasi, kurang daya kreativitas dan bersikap individualis. Sedangkan di abad 21 ini kreativitas telah diakui secara meluas sebagai keterampilan penting yang anak harus miliki. Generasi Alpha saat ini memiliki rentang usia 7-11 tahun, termasuk Stadium Operasional Konkret yang mampu memfungsikan pikirannya untuk berpikir logis tentang sesuatu yang nyata. Mainan dan perhiasan menjadi sarana terdekat anak untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dan interaksi sosialnya. Disisi lain minim ditemui produk Indonesia yang mengangkat value tersebut. Melalui pendekatan deep interview dan pengumpulan data kuisioner, ditemukan perlu adanya aktivitas, interaksi sosial, metode bermain yang menarik, dan penyampaian value edukasi yang beriringan dengan peningkatan skill kreativitas anak. Konsep produk pencetak yang modular dan interaktif serta beberapa komponen penyusun manik, mampu memberikan anak pengalaman menarik terhadap membuat perhiasan dengan manufaktur sederhana yaitu mencetak, mendekorasi kemudian merangkainya secara mandiri dan kreatif. Dengan sifat produk yang multifungsi serta terdiri dari beberapa varian dan tantangan didalamnya, diharapkan menjadi nilai lebih produk sehingga user dapat berinteraksi, berkreasi, bersosialisasi dan belajar.

The birth rate of the Alpha Genes are quite high as 2.5 million every week, where they will grow to be a generation who are familiar with the technology. Accounting for 25% of children around the world have gadget less than 8 years, which cause some of the effects which can not be separated from the gadget and want things instantly. The psychological impact of the child receives, among others, less sociable, less the power of creativity and be individualists. While in the 21st century creativity has been recognized widely as important skills that a child should have. Generation Alpha currently has the age range of 7-11 years, including the Concrete Operational Stadium which is able to function its mind to think logically about something real. Toys and jewelry became the means closest to the child to develop creativity and their social interaction. On the other hand, there are minimal Indonesian products that raise this value. Through the approach of deep interviews and the collection of questionnaire data, it was found necessary to include activity, social interaction, interesting play method, and the delivery of value education together with the improvement of skill, the creativity of children. The concept of the tool is modular and interactive with some of the constituent components of the bead, is able to give the children an exciting experience to create jewelry with simple manufacturing, decorate and then put it together independently and creatively. By the nature of the products that are multifunctional and consists of several variants and the challenges, are expected to be additional value of the product so that the user can interact, create, socialize and learn.
