Abstract

Tangki penimbun produk bahan bakar PT Pertamina (Persero) terdiri atas 3 (tiga) bagian utama, yaitu roof, cylindrical shell, dan fall at center bottom. Berdasarkan API Standard 650, terdapat beberapa tipe roof structure yang dapat diaplikasikan pada tangki penimbun bahan bakar, yaitu : supported cone roof, self- supporting cone roof, dan self- supporting dome roof.
Penelitian ini berfokus pada merumuskan kriteria-kriteria pemilihan roof structure tangki penimbun dan mengetahui alternatif roof structure yang optimal untuk tangki penimbun diameter 17,46 m. Penetapan kriteria dan pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) kepada 15 orang pekerja fungsi Reliabilty & Project Development, Marketing Operation Region V, PT Pertamina (Persero) dilanjutkan dengan pengolahan data menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan sampel penelitian Region Manager Reliability & Project Development V PT Pertamina untuk mengetahui bobot masing-masing kriteria dan alternatif roof structure.
Terdapat 3 kriteria yang ditetapkan sebagai kriteria pemilihan tipe roof structure cylindrical tank, yaitu performa, waktu, dan biaya. Kriteria biaya adalah kriteria yang paling berpengaruh dalam pemilihan tipe roof structure cylindrical tank dengan bobot 0,5806, kriteria kedua adalah performa dengan nilai bobot 0,3225 yang terdiri atas sub kriteria deflection ratio dan bending stress. Selanjutnya, kriteria ketiga adalah waktu dengan nilai bobot 0,0967.
Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan AHP terhadap bobot masing-masing kriteria dan nilai atribut dari masing-masing alternatif, bobot pemilihan tipe roof structure cylindircal tank diameter 17,46 m adalah sebagai berikut: self- supporting cone roof sebesar 0,3888, self-supporting dome roof sebesar 0,3296 dan supported cone roof sebesar 0,2814.

The storage tank for fuel products of PT Pertamina (Persero) consists of 3 (three) main parts, namely the roof, cylindrical shell, and fall at the centre bottom. Based on API Standard 650, there are several types of roof structures that can be applied to fuel storage tanks, namely: supported cone roof, self-supporting cone roof, and self-supporting dome roof.
This study focuses on formulating the criteria for selecting the roof structure for storage tanks and knowing the optimal alternative roof structure for storage tanks with a diameter of 17.46 m. Determination of criteria and primary data collection carried out using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method to 15 employees of the Reliability & Project Development function, Marketing Operation Region V, PT Pertamina (Persero) followed by data processing using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with a sample of research. Region Manager of Reliability & Project Development V PT Pertamina to determine the weight of each criterion and alternative roof structure.
There are three criteria for selecting a structure cylindrical tank, namely performance, time, and cost. The cost criterion is the most influential criterion in selecting the type of roof structure cylindrical tank with a weight of 0.5806, the second criterion is a performance with a weight value of 0.3225 which consists of deflection ratio and bending stress sub-criteria. Furthermore, the third criterion is time with a weighted value of 0.0967.
Based on the results of data processing using AHP on the weight of each criterion and attribute value of each alternative, the selection of the type of roof structure cylindrical tank diameter 17.46 m is as follows: self-supporting cone roof of 0.3888, self-supporting dome roof is 0.3296 and supported cone roof is 0.2814.
