Abstract

Pada penelitian ini telah dibuat Plant Simulator Kadar Gas CO2 Berbasis Sistem Pengendalian Open Loop Untuk Uji Performa Berbagai Sensor Gas yang mampu merespon keberadaan dan menyatakan besarnya kadar gas CO2. Plant Simulator Kadar Gas CO2 Berbasis Sistem Pengendalian Open Loop Untuk Uji Performa Berbagai Sensor Gas bertujuan untuk membandingkan performa dari dua jenis sensor gas yakni MH-Z14 yang berbasis inframerah dan MQ-135 yang berbasis semikonduktor. Teknologi ini memanfaatkan kontroler, aktuator, lalu dilengkapi dengan HMI layar sentuh utk menampilkan besaran kadar gas. Dalam plant ini menggunakan pengendalian open loop, sensor merupakan target uji yang hanya untuk mengetahui hasil dari pembacaan sensor. Dengan begitu keluaran dari sistem plant ini tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap aksi kontrol. Hasil dari plant ini diketahui perbandingan dari sensor MQ-135 dan MH-Z14 memiliki hasil pembacaan yang berbeda, dimana rata-rata error dari sensor MQ-135 lebih kecil, yakni 4,10% sedangkan untuk sensor MH-Z14 4,78%.

In this study has been created Plant Simulator CO2 Gas Content Based Open Loop
Control System For Performance Test Various Gas Sensors that are able to respond
to the presence and declare the amount of CO2 gas levels. Plant Simulator CO2
Gas Content Based Open Loop Control System For Performance Test Various Gas
Sensors aims to compare the performance of two types of gas sensors namely MH-
Z14 based on infrared and MQ-135 based semiconductor. This technology utilizes
controllers, actuators, and then equipped with a touch screen HMI to display the
amount of gas levels. In this plant using open loop control, the sensor is a test target
that is only to find out the results of the sensor readings. That way the output of this
plant system has no influence on the control action. The results of this simulator are known comparisons of MQ-135 and MH-Z14 sensors have different reading results, where the average error of the MQ-135 sensor is smaller, which is 4.10% while for mh-Z14 sensors 4.78%.
