Abstract

Perumda Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor tengah berupaya meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan. Upaya yang dilakukan salah satunya adalah peningkatan efisiensi energi. Saat ini biaya energi Perumda Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan sebesar Rp 526/m3 yang mana lebih tinggi dari biaya energi nasional (Rp 352,16/m3). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peluang peningkatan efisiensi energi dari segi aspek teknis dan aspek finansial yang diperlukan untuk menerapkan efisiensi energi di Instalasi Kota Wisata Perumda Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Metode kuantitatif dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data kelistrikan (kualitas daya) pompa menggunakan power analyzer untuk menentukan nilai konsumsi energi spesifik dan efisiensi. Metode deskriptif dilakukan dengan menganalisis kondisi pemakaian energi pompa distribusi Instalasi Kota Wisata terhadap pemakaian energi untuk menentukan rancangan peluang peningkatan yang sesuai. Analisis ditinjau dari aspek teknis dan finansial. Aspek teknis meliputi evaluasi kinerja pompa berdasarkan nilai Konsumsi Energi Spesifik (KES), evaluasi pompa berdasarkan efisiensi total pompa dan evaluasi jaringan perpipaan pada pompa yang memiliki indikasi tidak efisien menggunakan program EPANET. Aspek finansial meliputi rencana anggaran biaya, keuntungan yang diperoleh dan penilaian investasi seperti Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), dan Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat indikasi inefisiensi energi berdasarkan nilai konsumsi energi spesifik yaitu pada pompa Agrowisata dengan nilai 0,5 Kwh/m3 dan ditinjau dari efisiensi pompa terdapat beberapa pompa yang memiliki efisiensi <50 %. Peluang peningkatan efisiensi energi dilakukan dengan mengganti pompa beserta pemasangan VSD dengan proyeksi penghematan penggunaan daya sebesar 522,2 Kw per hari dan penurunan biaya energi dari Rp 417,4/m3 menjadi Rp 365,2/m3. Kegiatan ini akan menguntungkan apabila dilaksanakan karena NPV sebesar Rp 3.044.711.677, BCR sebesar 1,36 dan payback period sebesar 3,27 tahun.

Perumda Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan of Bogor Regency is trying to improve its service performance. One of the efforts made is to increase energy efficiency. Currently, the energy cost of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan is Rp. 526/m3, which is higher than the national energy cost (Rp. 352.16/m3). The purpose of this study is to analyze the opportunity to increase energy efficiency in terms of technical and financial aspects required to implement energy efficiency in Instalasi Kota Wisata Perumda Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan of Bogor Regency.
The research method used was quantitative and descriptive research methods. The quantitative method was carried out by collecting electrical data (power quality) of the pump using a power analyzer to determine the value of specific energy consumption and efficiency. The descriptive method was carried out by analyzing the condition of energy consumption of the distribution pump at Instalasi Kota Wisata on energy consumption to determine the appropriate improvement opportunity design. The analysis was viewed from the technical and financial aspects. Technical aspects include evaluation of pump performance based on the value of Specific Energy Consumption (SEC), evaluation of pumps based on total pump efficiency, and evaluation of piping networks on pumps that had inefficient indications using the EPANET program. The financial aspects include budget plans as well as profits and investment assessments such as Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), and Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR).
The results showed that there were energy inefficiency indications based on the value of SEC on the Agrowisata pump with a value of 0.5 kWh/m3. In terms of pump efficiency, several pumps had an efficiency of <50 %. The opportunities to increase energy efficiency were carried out by replacing pumps and installing VSDs. It had a projected power usage savings of 522.2 kW per day and a reduction in energy costs from Rp 417.4/m3 to Rp 365.2/m3. This project would be profitable because the NPV was Rp 3,044,711,677, the BCR was 1.36, and the payback period was 3.27 years.
