Abstract

Dalam proyek fabrikasi, seringkali muncul beberapa masalah yang mengakibatkan keterlambatan dalam penyelesaiannya. Apabila keterlambatan ini dibiarkan maka akan mengakibatkan kerugian bagi perusahaan fabrikasi tersebut. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan analisis untuk mempercepat durasi proyek sehingga proyek dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu. PT. XX mendapatkan proyek untuk Fabrikasi Removable Clamp pada Jacket Offshore Windfarm Proyek Formosa 2. Namun, dalam pengerjaannya terjadi keterlambatan akibat kurangnya welder pada awal proses fabrikasi dimulai. Pada tugas akhir ini digunakan analisis percepatan durasi terhadap keterlambatan proyek Fabrikasi Removable Clamp pada Jacket Offshore Windfarm oleh PT. XX selaku fabrikator. Percepatan dilakukan menggunakan metode Time-Cost Trade Off dengan alternatif penambahan pekerja dan penambahan jam kerja lembur. Metode Time-Cost Trade Off dilakukan setelah dibuat penjadwalan ulang menggunakan Crtical Path Method (CPM). Dari kedua analisis tersebut, diperoleh jalur kritis untuk proyek Fabrikasi Removable Clamp pada Jacket Offshore Windfarm adalah Proc001 - Blast004 - CutH006 - DrlH008 - WldH011 - NDTH012 - MchH014 - Inst015 - Paint016 - TrFit017 - Insp018 - Pack019. Durasi waktu optimum setelah dilakukan adalah sebesar 71 hari dimana durasi ini berkurang sebanyak 8.9% dari durasi awal proyek sebesar 78 hari serta biaya total optimum setelah dilakukan percepatan adalah sebesar $82,216 dimana biaya ini berkurang sebanyak 1.29% dari biaya total sebesar $83,292

In a fabrication project, several problems often arise which result in delays in completion. If this delay is allowed, there will be losses for the fabrication company. Therefore, analysis is needed to crash the duration of the project so that the project can be completed on time. PT. XX got a project for Removable Clamp Fabrication on Jacket Offshore Windfarm Formosa 2 Project. However, the project was delayed due to a lack of welder at the beginning of the fabrication process. For this final project, analysis of project crashing is used to overcome the delay of the project of Removable Clamp Fabrication on Jacket Offshore Windfarm by PT. XX as the fabricator. The crash is carried out using the Time-Cost Trade-Off method with the alternative of adding workers and adding overtime hours. The Time-Cost Trade-Off method can be used after rescheduling done by the Critical Path Method (CPM). From the two analyzes, the critical path for the Removable Clamp Fabrication project on a Jacket Offshore Windfarm is Proc001 - Blast004 - CutH006 - DrlH008 - WldH011 - NDTH012 - MchH014 - Inst015 - Paint016 - TrFit017 - Insp018 - Pack019. The optimum time duration after being carried out is 71 days where this duration is reduced by 8.9% from the initial project duration of 78 days and the optimum total cost after project crashing is $ 82,216 where this cost is reduced by 1.29% of the total cost of $ 83,292
