Abstract

Peran CSR (Corporate Social Responsible) yang selama ini dilihat hanya sebagai charity telah berkembang sedemikan rupa sehingga tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif bagi sisi external perusahaan tapi juga internal perusahaan. PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali selama ini telah banyak memperoleh banyak penghargaan dalam bidang CSR baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Penelitian tentang dampak dari CSR ini terhadap pihak external juga telah sering dilakukan tetapi dampak terhadap karyawan tidak pernah dilakukan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara CSR dengan DSIW (Desire to have Significant impact through Work) melalui mediasi Employee Engagement, Organisational Pride, Organiztional Identification, dan Internal Communication. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM dengan data sebanyak 515 responden karyawan PT PJB yang dilakukan dengan metode survey. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSR memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, internal communication, organization pride dan organization identification. Sedangkan untuk variabel DSIW, CSR memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Kemudian penelitian juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan CSR terhadap DSIW melalui employee engagement, internal communication, organization pride dan organization identification.

The role of CSR (Corporate Social Responsible) which has been seen only as a charity has developed in such a way that it not only has a positive impact on the external side of the company but also the company's internal side. PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali so far has received many awards in the field of CSR both at national and international levels. Research on the impact of CSR on external parties has also often been carried out on but the impact on employees has never been carried out, therefore this study wants to examine the relationship between CSR and DSIW through the mediation of Employee Engagement, Organizational Pride, Organizational Identity, and Internal Community. This study uses the SEM method with data as many as 515 respondents from PT PJB employees who were carried out by the survey method. The results of the research show that CSR has a positive and significant influence on employee engagement, internal communication, organization pride and organization identification. As for the DSIW variable, CSR has a positive and insignificant effect. Then the research also shows the positive and significant influence of CSR on DSIW through employee engagement, internal communication, organization pride and organization identification.
