Abstract

Peningkatan kebutuhan terhadap transportasi untuk Rute Pule- Trenggalek sudah diakomodasi melalui penyediaan angkutan pedesaan, hanya saja masih kurangnya minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan angkutan pedesaan yang tersedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan stated preference dengan pengisian kuosioner oleh responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggunakan analisis faktor diketahui bahwasanya yang mempengaruhi dalam pemilihan moda antara motor dan angkutan pedesaan adalah biaya (X1) dan frekwensi kedatangan kendaraan (X2). Dari hasil permodelan logit binomial menggunakan stated preference diketahui bahwasanya ketepatan model dalam memprediksi kemungkinan beralihnya pengguna motor untuk beralih ke angkutan pedesaan sebesar 60,7%. Peningkatan biaya per km sebanyak Rp.250,-, menurunkan minat pengguna moda angkutan pedesaan sebesar 0,595 kali. Meningkatnya 1 frekwensi kendaraan per jam membuat minat naik angkutan pedesaan naik sebesar 1,436 kali.
Dari penelitian ini kami sangat berharap bahwasanya pemerintah dapat melakukan permodelan dengan menurunkan biaya dan meningkatkan frekwensi agkutan pedesaan agar masyarakat cenderung memilih naik angkutan pedesaan.

The increasing need for transportation for the Pule-
Trenggalek route has been accommodated through the
provision of rural transportation, it's just that the increase
in the provision of rural transportation is still
accompanied by an increasing number of motorbike
ownership and there is still little public interest in using
available rural transportation. This study uses a stated
preference approach by filling out questionnaires by
respondents. The results of this study using factor
analysis, it is known that the factors that influence the
choice of mode between motorbikes and rural
transportation are the cost (X1) and the frequency of
vehicle arrivals (X2). From the results of binomial logit
modeling using stated preference, it is known that the
accuracy of the model in predicting the possibility of
switching motorcycle users to switch to rural
transportation is 60.7%. An increase in the cost per km of
Rp.250,-, reduces the interest of users of rural
transportation modes by 0.595 times. The increase of 1 vehicle frequency per hour made the interest in taking
rural transportation to increase by 1,436 times.
From this research, we really hope that the government
can do a modeling by reducing costs and increasing the
frequency of rural transportation so that people tend to
choose to take rural transportation
