Abstract

didapatkan nilai fatigue life nya selama 63,10 Tahun.

Offshore floating cage is one of the solutions that can be used to develop fisheries in Indonesia. An offshore floating cage is one of the structures built and installed offshore. It enables the structure to undergo fatigue failure due to the continuous load contained in the floating cage. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the fatigue life of the floating cage structure and also analyze the level of risk that occurs in the structure. In this study, the
analysis of fatigue life and risk level analysis on the structure of the offshore floating cages Ocean Farm ITS (OFITS) is examined. Fatigue life analysis is calculated using the mechanical fracture method and risk level analysis is served based on DNV RP G-101. The members who are tested are members who are at a critical point, namely joint 1706 which obtain a fatigue life value of 63.10 years. Hence the risk level analysis is carried out by calculating the probability of failure (PoF) using the Monte Carlo simulation and the PoF value per year obtained is 0.030. Analysis of the level of risk can be commended after getting
the PoF value and the consequences of failure based on DNV RP G-101 and getting the risk level for safety, containment, and the environment are low, while the production sector and
costs are on medium level.
