Abstract

===================================================================================================== Activities that support Sustainable Energy Development are replacing fossil fuels with renewable energy to be converted into electrical energy. Therefore, electrochemical storage devices such as supercapacitors are often used. Hybrid Supercapacitors are supercapacitors which are a combination of the working system of EDLCs and pseudocapacitors. In this research, the material used is N-Doped rGO/CuCr2O4 composite. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of composite composition on the structure, morphology and capacitive properties of N-Doped rGO/CuCr2O4. The method used in the manufacture of N-Doped rGO is microwave-assisted solvothermal, while the manufacture of composites uses the sol-gel method. Variations in the composition of N-Doped rGO:CuCr2O4 used were as follows 85:15; 90:10; and 95:5. Based on XRD, FTIR, EDX and SEM tests showed that the addition of CuCr2O4 can reduce the function of the composite and reduce the oxygen group. Meanwhile, to identify the specific capacitance using CV testing. The capacitance values from the highest were composites with a composition of 85:15 (36,862 F/g); 90:10 (27,214 F/g); and 95:5(16,333 F/g).
