Abstract
Telah disintesis nanokristal superkonduktor Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu30iof8 dan Bii 6Pbo 4Sr2Ca2Cu30iof8 dengan metode kopresipitasi dan pencampuran basah. Sesuai dengan analisis XRD, pembentukan fasa 2223 lebih baik dengan metode pencampuran basah daripada kopresipitasi, hasilnya fraksi volume fasa 2223 tanpa Pb dan doping Pb berturut-turut mencapai 85,80% and 87,57%, setelah sintering pada 840°C selama 8x1jam. Sampel secara bersamaan memiliki Tc = 79,6 K dan 98,3 K; dan ukuran kristal 170,30 nm, 216,47 nm. Sampel juga menunjukkan gejala ferromagnetik untuk fasa 2223 tanpa Pb sedangkan yang doping Pb bersifat paramagnetik. ================================================================================================= Superconducting Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu301o+g Bii 6Pbo4Sr2Ca2Cu30io+8 nanocrystal have been synthesized using coprecipitation and wet-mixing method. According to XRD analysis on the 2223 phase formation, it was found that the wetmixing process exihibited a better method than the coprecipitation, resulting in samples without and with Pb doping having volume fraction of 2223 phase exceeding 85,80% and 87,57% respectively, after sintering at 840°C for 8x1hour. The corresponding samples have Tc = 79,6 K and 98,3 K; and crystal size of 170,30 nm, 216,47 nm. Sample also demonstrated a ferromagnetic effort for 2223 phase without Pb while with Pb doping exihibited paramagnetic.
