Abstract

Pembangunan jalan raya selalu berhubungan erat dengan kegiatan survei topografi, pengerasan jalan raya, serta perhitungan volume untuk galian, dan timbunan material. Bentuk volume tanah galian dan timbunan digambarkan dalam sebuah profil sesuai dengan rencana perkerasan jalan untuk menunjukkan pertimbangan pengangkutan material. Profil melintang jalan ditentukan dengan interval jarak tertentu yang diberi tanda dengan notasi STA (Station). Adanya perbedaan interval jarak antar STA di setiap instansi pelaksana proyek dan belum adanya standardisasi interval yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh interval jarak antar STA dalam perhitungan volume material pada jalan raya menggunakan metode penampang rata-rata. Hasil perhitungan volume pada setiap interval akan dibandingkan dengan data yang dianggap benar. Data yang dianggap benar adalah hasil perhitungan manual volume data topografi profil interval STA 25 meter menggunakan perangkat lunak pengolah angka. Analisis perhitungan volume menggunakan metode paired sample T- test untuk menguji kelayakan penggunaan perubahan interval jarak antar STA dalam perhitungan volume, serta uji toleransi ASTM untuk menguji akurasi perhitungan volume masing-masing interval STA data topografi profil dengan batas toleransi sebesar 2,78%. Berdasarkan hasil paired sample T-test dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%, diperoleh hasil bahwa data topografi profil dengan interval STA 25 meter, 50 meter, dan 100 meter layak digunakan untuk perhitungan volume. Namun pada uji ASTM hanya terdapat tiga jenis data yang memenuhi batas toleransi 2,78% yaitu data topografi profil interval STA 25 meter, perhitungan volume interval section 25 meter memiliki selisih volume cut sebesar 0,021% dan selisih volume fill sebesar 0,051%. Data topografi profil interval STA 25 meter, perhitungan volume interval section 50 meter memiliki selisih volume cut 1,187% dan selisih volume fill sebesar 0,847%. Serta pada data topografi profil interval STA 50 meter, perhitungan volume interval section 50 meter memiliki selisih volume cut sebesar 0,850% dan selisih volume fill sebesar 1,784%

Road construction is always closely related to topographic survey activities, road paving, as well as volume calculations for excavation and material stockpiles. The shape of the excavated and fill soil volume is depicted in a profile according to the road pavement plan to show the consideration of material transportation. The cross-section of the road is determined with certain distance intervals marked with the notation STA (Station). There are differences in the distance intervals between STAs in each project implementing agency and there is no standardized interval used. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of the distance between STA intervals in determining the volume of material on the highway using the average end area method. The volume calculation results at each interval will be compared with the data that is considered correct. The data that is considered correct is the result of manual calculation of the topographic data volume of the 25 meter STA interval profile using number processing software. The volume calculation analysis uses the paired sample T-test method to test the feasibility of using changes in the distance between STA intervals in the volume calculation, as well as the ASTM tolerance test to test the accuracy of the volume calculation for each STA interval of profile topographic data with a tolerance limit of 2.78%. The data that is considered correct in this study is the result of manual calculation of the volume of topographic data for the 25 meter STA interval profile using number processing software. Based on the results of the paired sample T-test with a 95% confidence level, it was found that the topographic profile data with STA intervals of 25 meters, 50 meters, and 100 meters were suitable for volume calculation. However, in the ASTM test, only three types of data meet the tolerance limit of 2.78%. First, topographical profile data for the 25 meter STA interval, the 25 meter section interval volume calculation has a cut volume difference of 0.021% and a fill volume difference of 0.051%. Second, topographical data of the 25 meter STA interval profile, the 50 meter section interval volume calculation has a cut volume difference of 1.187% and a fill volume difference of 0.847%. Third, topographical data of the 50 meter STA interval profile, the 50 meter interval section volume calculation has a cut volume difference of 0.850% and a fill volume difference of 1.784%.
