Abstract

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk atau Bank BRI merupakan salah satu perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang juga terus berinovasi dalam hal teknologi. Salah satunya adalah dengan meluncurkan aplikasi mobile banking baru BRImo pada tahun 2019. BRImo datang dengan tampilan yang baru dan fitur-fitur yang lebih beragam dibandingkan dengan versi sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan aplikasi BRImo menggunakan variabel-variabel utama dalam model UTAUT yaitu Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence dan Facilitating Conditions. Variabel-variabel tersebut secara langsung maupun tidak langsung memiliki pengaruh terhadap user behavior atau intensitas pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi BRImo. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Performace Expextancy, Effort Expectancy dan Social Influence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention. Facilitating Condition dan Behavioral Intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Use Behavior. Faktor-faktor tersebut berhasil menjelaskan sebesar 78% dari model penelitian tentang penerimaan dan penggunaan aplikasi BRImo menggunakan UTAUT dan 22% lainnya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai masukan bagi perusahaan untuk menentukan strategi meningkatkan jumlah pengguna aplikasi BRImo sekaligus meningkatkan jumlah transaksi aplikasi BRImo.

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or Bank BRI is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) which also continues to innovate in terms of technology. One of them is by launching BRImo mobile banking in 2019. BRImo comes with a new look and more diverse features compared to the previous version. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the acceptance and use of the BRImo application using the main variables in the UTAUT model, namely Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions. These variables directly or indirectly have an influence on user behavior in using the BRImo application. The results of this study are Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy and Social Influence have a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention. Facilitating Condition and Behavioral Intention have a positive and significant effect on Use Behavior. These factors succeeded in explaining 78% of the research model regarding the acceptance and use of the BRImo application using UTAUT and another 22% explained by other variables outside of this study. The results of the study can be used as a reference for companies to determine strategies to increase the number of BRImo application users while increasing the number of BRImo application transactions.
