Abstract

PT. Intera Indonesia merupakan salah satu pabrik yang bergerak di industri pengolahan kayu dibawah naungan Integra Group. Dalam melaksanakan proses produksinya perusahaan mengalami hambatan berupa kerusakan mesin, penggantian sparepart, dan penurunan speed mesin. Hambatan tersebut akan menurunkan efektivitas peralatan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan pengukuran efektivitas mesin pada proses produksi S4S berdasarkan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Selanjutnya dilakukan analisisi pada parameter OEE menggunakan Six Big Losses dan membuat diagram pareto. Then identified by using Fishbone Diagram. As well as identification of the failure using Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) to determine the priority of the problems that occur based on the value of the RPN. The results of this study found that the OEE value of 68,38% is still below the world standard and the biggest factor of the six big losses that affect the effectiveness of the machine is Reduced speed losses and Idling and minor stoppage losses. Alternative improvements from the FMEA analysis are implementing preventive maintenance before and after using the machine, making a check sheet for checking the machine, briefing the helper so as not to be late, and checking spare parts optimally. The improvement alternatives are expected to reduce the Six Big Losses that occur and increase the effectiveness of the equipment used.
